Lassiters Complex
Josh walks across the complex and tries to deal with finding about Daniel and Amber.

General Store
Kathy, Lauren and Matt are having coffee together. Matt thinks it was nice of Kathy to take the kids to the movies. Kathy explains that Bailey liked the giant robots and the exploding planets. Lauren is surprised that Kathy went to a sci-fi movie. Kathy doesnt know why its hard to believe. Lauren explains she hates that kind of thing. Kathy explains she loves her grandchildren. Kathy is going back to the hotel and will bring work back with her she leaves.

Matt asks Lauren if shes ok. She confirms she is and is getting used to Kathy being around. Matt observes that Kathy wants to make things up to Lauren. Lauren wants to play that one by ear but shes glad Kathys reconnecting with the kids. Matt things the two of them didnt discuss things properly the last time. A lot of things got said in anger. He suggests she tries again. She asks him if hes heard from Amber. Bailey vaguely mentioned Amber going to the darkroom after the flicks she was meeting Josh there.

Lassiters Lake
Amber is searching for Josh. She finds him on the fitness equipment doing sit-ups. She tells him she has been looking everywhere for him. He doesnt answer and keeps on doing sit-ups.

AMBER: Josh, I am so sorry. I never meant for you to find out like that. Josh, please just stop and talk to me. (Josh stops what he is doing). I know you must hate me right now but you have to know I never meant to hurt you.
JOSH: How long?
AMBER: How long what?
JOSH: Has it been going on for?
AMBER: A while. I tried to tell you so many times but then the skating thing happened and then after that it just never seemed like the right time.
JOSH: So youve been going behind my back for weeks. Do you love him?
AMBER: Maybe. (Josh goes back to doing his sit-ups).

General Store
Paige comes in with Mark. She was hoping Kathy would be there. Lauren explains shell be back. Mark tells Paige shell get to show off her research. Paige tries to play it down but Mark tells Lauren that Paige spent hours researching Kathys Homewares site. Paige says she only checked it out. She reminds Lauren of the coffee incident she asks if it was wrong to do the research. Lauren doesnt think it was. Paige doesnt have to have issues with Kathy just because Lauren does. When Lauren has gone to the kitchen, Paige tells Mark she doesnt want to make a big deal about her research to Lauren its a loyalty thing. Mark confusedly agrees he thought she was the loyal type anyway.

Kathy arrives and Paige asks if she got the papers she left at Reception for her she did. Kathy could have got guest services to do that but Paige wanted to help. Kathy tells Lauren she can see what Lauren means about Paige points for enthusiasm. Kathy promises she wont be in the way. Lauren hesitates and Kathy asks if theres a problem. Lauren realises they need to spend more time together and Kathy agrees. She asks Margie and Paige to cover and they leave.

Darkroom
Daniel asks Amber if she found Josh. She tells him it was horrible. He was so hurt and whom can blame him? This couldnt have turned out worse if they had tried. She thinks she should have told him weeks ago and Daniel agrees. Daniel thinks it sucks but Josh will get through it. Amber asks Daniel to remind her why theyre doing this. He knows its hard now but Josh is better off knowing the truth. Daniel points out they can now be out in the open. He goes to kiss her and she can't do that right now it doesnt feel right.

Number 32
Lauren asks how Kathy is getting on at Lassies Kathy says its comfortable. Terese runs a very tight ship. Kathy refuses sugar in her tea and Lauren is surprised. Kathy explains she gave up sugar a few weeks ago. Lauren doesnt want to pretend that things are ok when theyre not. Kathy knows that and Lauren questions this. Lauren asks her if she can understand how hard it is having her here, all the painful memories its brought up. Kathy tells her to talk and scream at her. Lauren is past that

Kathy asks her to tell her whats happened. They had a lead in Adelaide they think their daughters family moved there after Queensland. They went there together but it was a dead end. Lauren resigned herself to never finding her. (We start going backwards and forwards to shots of Paige looking through her sketchbook). Shes out there somewhere she could be anywhere. Laurens not going to put herself through it again. Shes not going to get her hopes up for them to come crashing down. Its not good for any of them. Kathy confirms she still thinks about her. Lauren agrees what she looks like, if they have anything in common. Kathy reminds Lauren its possible to find her and Lauren says its too hard harder than not knowing.

Lauren recently lost the keepsake and that nearly killed her. She explains about the bear. Her Mum remembers and Lauren tells her she bought a replica. Part of her had always hoped she always had it. Kathy tells Lauren when she gave the baby to the doctor she made sure the baby had the teddy bear. Lauren is emotional she had always hoped. Kathy says she can't make this up to Lauren but she can try. When Laurens ready to find her daughter, Kathy will be right by her side. Lauren wonders what the kids will think and Kathy says theyll think shes beautiful, strong and very, very brave. Lauren is glad Kathy is here. Kathy is as well.

The Waterhole
Josh comes in and Terese is working at a table. She heard he had an eventful day. She asks him whats wrong. He doesnt want to talk about it. She says if its about the detention, Brads only doing his job. Its not about that Terese says maybe she can help. Josh tells Terese that she doesnt love him anymore. Terese confirms its Amber.

Ramsay Street
Imogen calls across the Street to Amber. Imogens sorry she didnt answer Ambers call earlier its been a weird day at school. Imogen sees Ambers face and asks whats happened. Amber tells Imogen that she and Josh broke up. Imogen isnt bothered as theyll sort it out its done. Amber says it can't this time.

IMOGEN: Come on. It can't be that bad.
AMBER: (Sighs) Promise you wont hate me?
IMOGEN: Just tell me.
AMBER: I've fallen for Daniel. Were together now.
IMOGEN: (Laughs disbelievingly) Yeah right. (She realises from the look on Ambers face). Youre serious? But... what about Josh? Hes so in love with you and hes been trying so hard to be a good boyfriend
AMBER: You think I don't know that? I have tried so hard to fight this. Daniel and I both have but in the end we we couldnt
IMOGEN: But what? How longs this been going on?
AMBER: A while.
IMOGEN: So youve been pretending for a while to be in love with my brother? And what setting me up with Daniel that was all part of the cover up too
AMBER: No no not at first. Then I started to fall for him and I thought maybe if you guys were together
IMOGEN: Thatd be sick.
AMBER: I'm sorry. I I never meant to hurt Josh or you. (Imogen turns and walks away). But I please just (Imogen turns back) don't yell at me or something.
IMOGEN: What youve done is disgusting. Stay away from me and stay away from my brother.

General Store
Lauren arrives back into the kitchen and Paige asks how it went with Kathy. Lauren says they had a good talk. Lauren tries to talk about the food but Paige asks what they talked about. Lauren says they put it all on the table. Paige asks if she got the answers. Lauren is confused what she means. Paige explains Lauren seemed to want to know some things from Kathy. Lauren didnt really - its not why things happened but how they move on. Lauren comments that Paige is very curious. Paige feels she overstepped the mark offering to help Kathy. Lauren says its fine and shed be chuffed Paige is interested. If things are tense between them, its got nothing to do with Paige. Lauren comments shes very keen to help Kathy and checks its not because of the coffee incident. Paige reassures her Kathys a smart businesswoman and maybe she can learn a few things. Lauren asks if homewares is really up Paiges alley. Paige is just interested in how Kathy deals with people. Lauren says shes the master and Paige has noticed. She reassures Lauren it doesnt mean she doesnt want to work there. Lauren realises that. Paige is sure she can work there and learn from the master. Paige checks if its ok that Kathy opens up a shop down here. Lauren is if it means she doesnt move down here. Lauren can't picture her Mum getting her hands dirty shes too high on her perch.

The Waterhole
Kathy comes in and greets Brad he had heard she was back. She was thinking of coming to see him but wasnt sure if it was appropriate. Brad doesnt think theres a lot to say. Kathy mentions Adelaide - does he really want to call off the search? He would love to find their daughter but the process is just too hard. She suggests if they could do away with the process. He agrees but they can't so its better left alone. Terese comes in and gives Kathy cold looks so Kathy says shes going to find a table.

Brad explains that Kathy was trying to smooth things over. Terese isnt interested and asks if Brad got her message. Brad wonders if Josh would do anything stupid. Terese doesnt think so but he does seem so devastated. She doesnt know how Amber could go behind his back. Its such a betrayal its so dishonest. Brad points out things are never that black and white (Hes clearly thinking about his kiss with Lauren). Terese thinks they are Amber cheated. Brad guesses so and Terese questions this. She asks if hes defending Amber. He isnt but they don't know what was going on in Ambers head. Terese doesnt want to. She knows these things sometimes happen but she should have come clean from the start instead of carrying on like everything was fine. Its inexcusable.

Penthouse Suite
Josh has come to see Daniel. Daniel didnt think he would come and Josh asks if Paul is there. Daniel explains Pauls asleep in his room. Daniel knows this is tough Josh is sure he does! Daniel tells him to get anything he wants off his chest. Josh says he trusted Daniel even when he said about all the connection stuff. Daniel explains thats all it was at that point. Josh asks if he really expects him to believe that. Daniel says they never expected it to turn into what it did they never wanted to lie to him. Josh asks if it was fun was it fun making him look like an idiot? Daniel tells him none of this was fun. They tried to ignore it but they had to follow their hearts. Josh thinks that might have worked on Amber but its not going to work on him. Daniel tells him its the truth. Daniels really sorry but it just happened. Josh is disbelieving it just happened. Josh tells Daniel to stay away from him and leaves.

Darkroom
The photos are shown. Josh takes one of Daniel and Amber and rips it in half. He sends everything in the room flying. Daniel comes in. Josh barges past him. Daniel closes the door and picks up the two halves of the picture. He puts them together and looks at them.

Number 32
Bailey and Matt are eating. Amber comes in upset. Matt gives her a hug and lets her cry.

Number 22 Backyard
The family is eating dinner. Josh comes home. Terese tries to talk to him but he just walks past.

General Store
Kathy comes in and tells Paige she came to see her shes decided to go ahead with her store plans. Paige thinks thats great and asks if she can help. Kathy agrees as she offered and Lauren thinks highly of her. Paige says shell do whatever she wants anything to get a glimpse into how she operates. Kathy says she has high expectations for people whom work for her. Paige understands. She wants Paige to look at the paperwork her existing stores and she wants her to familiarise herself with her working strategy. Paige agrees though she hasnt given Kathy her pitch yet what convinced her? To be honest having a successful store here gives Kathy an excuse to come and visit her family more often. Paige asks why she needs an excuse Kathy says its complicated. Kathys chat with Lauren has given her hope. Paige asks if the complication is suddenly fixed. Kathy says its not but its her hope that it will be one day. Kathy suspects its the opportunity Paige is looking for is Paige with her? She is and they shake on it.

In the kitchen, Brad asks how Amber is. Lauren just spoke to her she feels awful. Josh is taking it pretty hard as well. Lauren feels really bad for him. Brad says these things happen not that every situations the same. Brad brings up when someone asked Laurens advice about keeping secrets. Lauren admits it was Amber. Brad realises Lauren feels like a hypocrite for telling Amber to come clean. Lauren asks if hes mad that she knew. Brad laughingly says that hes the last person to pass judgement. He checks if anyone is listening and says what happened between them doesnt compare. Thats what Lauren keeps telling herself. Brad says its the truth.

In the store, Paige asks Kathy how she sleeps with all the caffeine she drinks. Kathy agrees its a lot. Kathys phone rings and she answers it. She checks Paige has gone to the kitchen and thanks the caller for calling back. Shes got a job for them she wants the caller to find her missing granddaughter. Shes got a lead Adelaide.

Tomorrow on Neighbours
- Naomi offers to be the stores new manager.
- Bailey confronts Alice.
- Matt tells Bailey to fight fire with fire.
- Sheila tells Georgia the lunch is to officially welcome her to the family.
- Naomi says she hasnt been invited and Chris says Sheila can't treat Naomi like that.
- Kyle says Sheila is taking this grudge too far.
- Kathy tells the caller to find her granddaughter as soon as possible, Paige overhears.
