- Paul wanting to know if he and Priya are back on
- Priya begging Ajay to come to counselling
- Priya getting an anonymous dirty text message
- Rhys and Kyle doing on a double date
- Georgia and Kate seeing Kyle kiss Jana
- Karl telling Susan that he loves her
Susan's job search is not going so well – she's over qualified for everything. Karl wants her to reconsider the job at the Star; he doesn't want her throwing away opportunities just because of Sarah. Susan denies that it has anything to do with her, but she'll need to find something or she won't be able to pay her rent. Karl offers to help her out financially. Susan doesn't need any help, but clearly the conversation has planted a seed of thought in her mind.
Priya is writing in a diary. Seeing Ajay she tells him that she's going to a counselling session that afternoon and would like it if he wanted to join her – it's not about blame, it's just about finding a way through. Ajay can't fit it in, but asks for the details anyway. Rani tries to dash off to school without speaking to her mother, but when Priya offers her a lift, she accepts meekly. Ajay considers the appointment card.
Susan is telling Paul about the features in the last issue of the paper. It's too boring for Paul – where are the controversies? He doesn't care about legacy. He cares about selling lots and lots of copies. Sarah eavesdrops in the background, clearly wondering whether or not to step in.
PAUL: Go back through the archives, find the crime waves, the corrupt politicians, (Sarah appears behind him) the affairs to remember! ( Paul throws his arms up in the air and nearly hits Sarah causing him to do a double take) I was referring to ...public profiles.
Susan thinks Sarah needs to talk about figures, but Sarah just wanted to chip in that she has seen a lot of final editions of newspapers and they contain a lot of things that Susan is talking about. Paul nearly falls asleep again. Sarah suggests that Paul could use his letter from the publisher to dig up the controversies. Paul seems placated and leaves.
Kate and Paul discuss the work Rani has been doing and how lenient Paul was with her. As they do so Priya and Rani enter the store. Things are tense so Paul orders quickly and goes to sit outside. Kate asks how Priya is feeling and Priya confesses that she got another text last night after Kate left. She didn't keep it because it was so disgusting, but she tried calling the number but she just got a computerised message. Kate assumes it must have been a text sent from a website. Priya realises that probably means they can't be traced if sent anonymously. Kate thinks it needs to be reported, but Priya maintains she can handle it. She's not convinced it is a student.
PRIYA: Well there is one person I have hurt badly recently... who knows me well enough to write those sorts of things...
KATE: Not Ajay?
PRIYA: Paul. He's done some pretty dark things when he doesn't get his way, right?
Kate can't believe it, but Priya doesn't want her to say anything to anyone about it.

Kyle toils away digging a veg patch for Sheila. Rhys comes over to collect his washing from the line and Sheila can't help but comment on how quickly he got back on the horse. Diane seems like a nice girl. Rhys isn't planning on seeing her again. Rhys asked how things went with Jana. Kyle is fairly non- committal.
SHIELA: It's that Georgia. She's messed up his head.
Sheila thinks Kyle should arrange to meet up with Jana again. Kyle doesn't want his gran interfering. Sheila points out that Rhys is getting over things, it's time that Kyle did too.
Kate is interested to see what Paul is working on, but Paul isn't ready to share yet. Kate continues to try and fish around for signs of Paul's feelings about recent events. She confesses she's concerned about how he is after the “whole Priya thing”. She asks outright if he's the one sending her text messages. The harassment of Priya is news to Paul and now he wants an explanation. Paul is angry to hear that Priya thinks he might be responsible and storms away.
Sarah makes an unexpected visit, she was supposed to be meeting Lou, but he seems to have forgotten about her. Karl is a bit awkward and Sarah wonders if it's a bad idea – she just thought he said they could lift the ban on seeing each other. Karl agrees that they can have morning tea together. Sarah unnecessarily takes off her “scarf” and drapes it over the back of a chair only for it to fall straight to the floor with the sound of a crashing soap anvil.
They make small talk about home decor and what it's like to separate from your partner.
Paul demands to know how Priya could think it was him sending harassing text messages. Priya wants him to leave. Paul admits that he was angry and upset when she finished things, but he wouldn't stalk her! Priya receives another text message at that very moment.
TEXT MESSAGE: Hey Skank. Meet me at the lake. 12pm. Dress sexy.
Paul thinks she needs to take this more seriously and go to the police. He'll go on her behalf if he has to. Priya begs him not to. She doesn't want Ajay to find out because if she and Kate thought it could be Paul, Ajay definitely will think it's him. She doesn't want any more conflict between them. It was her behaviour that landed her in this position and so she wants to deal with it herself.
Karl is filling Sarah in on the happenings in the street since she left. They remark that it is nice to catch up with old friends. Sarah gets up to leave. The scarf is still on the floor. Ajay arrives as Sarah leaves. He has come to pick Karl's brains about counselling. Karl thinks Ajay should give it a go. Ajay is curious to know why because it didn't work out with Karl and Susan in the end. Karl says there were a lot more factors involved and one of the reasons counselling didn't work out after Sarah was that he wasn't completely truthful, which is something he has lived to regret to this day.
KARL: You have to put all your cards on the table and tell each other everything, no matter how much it hurts.
Ajay waits outside for Priya.
Priya's phone now shows the correct date, unlike a couple of hours previously. She's waiting for the charmer who is sending her all the text messages. He's a minute late. She hears footsteps behind her and whirls around, but it's Paul who can't believe she's planning to confront the nut- job on her own. She tells him to leave because the person won't show if he's around.
Ajay is still waiting.
So are Priya and Paul. Paul wonders what if it is a student. Priya tells him to go again. Someone is watching them from the bushes, but they are unaware.
Ajay gets his phone out to call Priya but then decides against it and gets in the car.
PAUL: Looks like your creepy kid is a no- show.
PRIYA: Like I said they're not going to appear with you here.
PAUL: They're not going to appear because they're a coward.
Priya wants Paul to leave her to it and will call him afterwards if it will make him feel more comfortable, but he isn't going anywhere.
Karl is glad he bumped into Sarah, he's been thinking and he's decided to tell Susan the truth about them all those years ago. Sarah doesn't understand why he would want to dredge it all back up. Karl simply can't keep living a lie, no matter how old it is. Susan deserves to know the truth.
KARL: I'd like to think there's still a chance for Susan and I and it won't happen without a clean slate.
SARAH: It won't happen if she finds out about this.
KARL: It's a risk I have to take.
Rani and Priya arrive home and Ajay wonders where Priya was at lunchtime. Priya is surprised to hear that Ajay went, saying she get held up with stuff at school. She apologises because it was great that he wanted to go. She's keen for them to make another session and Ajay agrees to see if he is free. Priya looks more hopeful.
Georgia is looking super spaced out and tells Kate that she and Scotty had another fight last night and they broke up. Kate wonders whether it has anything to do with Kyle but Georgia maintains that they were having problems way before Kyle. She does admit that things have changed a lot for her since she moved and Kyle has been a big part of that. Kate thinks Georgia should tell Kyle that she's not with Scotty anymore.

Georgia breezes in to check out Kyle's handiwork, they make awkward conversation about gnomes and who has the most impressive job but relax into talking about Patrick and cute baby stuff. Kyle asks whether Scotty is keen to be a father which gives Georgia an opportunity to turn the conversation around, but just has she begins, Sheila interrupts with Jana! Suddenly the moment has gone and Georgia makes her excuses to leave.
Karl drops by on the pretence of submitting a Right Prescription publicity photo. He was hoping Susan would have a moment to take a break, he'd like to have a word. Susan is snowed under though. However, while he's there she has something she'd like to give him. She's been thinking about what he said earlier about their assets and hands him an envelope. It's not quite some basic paperwork to help her out with her rent that Karl thought, though. Its divorce papers.
SUSAN: I thought it was maybe time to make things more official. I mean, why are we waiting? Let's make everything legal.
KARL: (stunned) Why are you doing this? Why now?
SUSAN: It's got to happen sometime. I think we've both been in limbo long enough. And maybe you need this too so you really can move on with your life.
KARL: (looking devastated) Yeah. Maybe.
Susan asks whether whatever he wanted to talk about can wait. Karl says it probably doesn't even matter anymore as he starts to walk away. He catches him breath as he gets to the door and swallows hard.
