- Toadie getting it in the neck.
- Sophie moving in with Paul after Kate kissed Noah.
- Kate making radical decisions including planning to take off on holiday alone courtesy of the trust fund money Paul gave back.
- Tash finding out how her mum died.
- Lucas dating Michael's sister in law.
- It coming out that Michael was up to no good with Emilia when Helena drowned.
- Susan moving out of #28 into #30.
- Lucas figuring out who bashed Chris... and that he worked for the law firm handling the development.
- Aiden telling Rhys about Chris' injuries... and that disaster could happen at any time.
- Chris collapsing at the garage.

Garage
Rhys arrives at the garage and finds Chris unconscious. He runs through some medical checks before calling for an ambulance. Realising the seriousness of the situation, and how bad Chris is, he performs emergency surgery on the garage floor!

Number 30
"Peter Noonan's corrupt," Lucas greets Toadie with as he enters #30 and then explains why he said it including letting them know Chris was bashed by someone hired by Peter. Toadie is finding it hard believing what Lucas is saying because he's totally oblivious. Lucas shines at least some light on things, saying that it was a good thing Chris wasn't seriously hurt!

Garage
As Rhys fights to get Chris breathing again! Summer and Andrew appear and Rhys explains things to them as finally we hear the sirens of the ambulance approaching.

Number 30
Toadie is getting a bit suss about Peter because he can't get hold of him to talk to, even though he urgently wants to. "There is no smoke without fire," Sonya offers.

TOADIE: So you're quoting Paul Robinson to me now?!

She doesn't respond to that one, instead gets out of the chair she's been sitting in to go over hug him and provide some much needed reassurance that it will be fine.

Number 24
Kate is getting ready for a night on the tiles but gets a knockback from Jade as she has an early morning client. Emilia arrives looking for Lucas and Kate tells her to make herself at home. She compliments Kate on her outfit and ends up agreeing to go out with Kate too since Jade knocked her back!

Number 28
Sonya and Toadie are watching the CCTV footage that Lucas provided and he doesn't recognise the guy who bashed Chris up.

Susan arrives with some of her belongings and finds out about Chris being bashed from them. She is shocked and stunned that someone could do that to him and Toadie explains Lucas' theory behind it and adds that he's now totally confused over what to believe (after watching the CCTV).

They then get a visit from Supt. Hayes requesting Toadie accompany them to the station for a wee chat... and he can't say no either because the allegations against him are serious. Toadie looks as shocked/worried now as Sonya and Susan as we head into the first commercial break.

Police station
Supt. Hayes questions Toadie by asking him what his involvement with the development was and if he stood to gain financially. Toad explains his role (acquiring businesses) and makes it clear he wasn't going to gain financially, he was just doing his job.

Hospital
Chris arrives at the hospital and Rhys explains what he's done to the doctor meeting them.

Police station
Toad explains that he has a permanent position now at Simmons & Colberts.

Number 28
Sonya decides she's had enough stressing at home and wants to go to the station but Susan convinces her that Toadie knows what he is doing so doesn't need to go.

Police station
Toadie adds that his permanent position started last week and confirms to Supt. Hayes that he doesn't know the man in the photo (the one that bashed Chris).

Hospital
Andrew and Summer arrive at the hospital and get an update from Rhys - Chris is to undergo surgery to stabilise his lung. Sum doesn't get a reply to her question asking if he'll be okay.

Lucas arrives and gets an update from Rhys too and all that they can now do is to wait.

Police station
Toadie confirms he knows Chris and would never hurt him. He also adds that he approached Peter after Lucas came to him with his suspicions. Supt. Hayes obviously hasn't believed a word Toadie has said because he tells him to start again from the beginning!

Hospital
The quartet wait patiently for news on Chris and Rhys has a flashback to him performing the emergency surgery on Chris at the garage.

Charlie's
Kate brings over cocktails for herself and Emilia. Emilia wonders where Sophie is and Kate explains that she now lives with Paul and is hoping it becomes permanent. "It can't be easy looking after a teenager," Emilia remarks.

KATE: You know, for the last 3 years all I've done is work, study and look after Sophie and I'm starting to feel like I'm missing out on things you know. These are supposed to be some of the best years of my life so may as well start living them.
EMILIA: I'm with you on that!

Emilia then tells Kate that a guy is checking her out but Kate isn't in the mood for looking... however the guy comes over to talk to her.

Hospital
Karl comes out to say that Chris is still in surgery and they should know more soon. He heads into an office where Rhys is and has a go at him for doing what he did! "What do you want me to do, let him die?" Rhys angrily asks back! "Hopefully it will all work out," Karl replies meekly before walking out of the room.

Number 24 (next day)
Lucas calls the hospital for an update on Chris and while he is on hold he spots a rough- looking Kate come through from her bedroom (she's still wearing her clothes from the night before). She hears her phone bleep - a text from Josh (the guy eyeing her up) saying last night was great and asking if he can see her again... but from the scoffing she makes it would appear that isn't going to happen!

Kate calls in sick as Emilia comes over for a debrief... and gives Kate a herbal remedy for her roughness (she had a feeling she may be rough!) When Kate heads off to shower, Lucas remarks to Emilia that Kate pulling an all- nighter isn't her.

Hospital
Summer is feeling guilty that they didn't question Chris more especially after noticing the cut on his head. Lucas returns and tells Rhys that Mr Pappas is on his way just as Karl comes out with news for them all - the surgery is over and the surgeon is confident that it's all been repaired. Summer thanks Rhys for saving her friends life, which Andrew adds to also. Karl puts the kybosh on the teens seeing Chris and Lucas heads outside to wait for Chris' parents.

Karl then heads into the room where Rhys seems to be holed up in and passes on the surgeon's complements about his handiwork... but also adds for him not to make a habit of it though! "I'll try not to," a relieve Rhys replies and reassures Karl that he is fit to work although his shaky hand would suggest otherwise!

Toadie exits the station.

Number 28
Sonya hears a noise and thinks its Toadie but it's just Susan.

Police station exterior
Toadie tries to get to get hold of someone (Peter?) on his phone but they're not answering.

Number 28
Sonya is really worried that Toadie isn't home and wants to head down there. Susan tries to persuade her not to go and suggests calling instead but when she goes it goes straight to voicemail.

Police station exterior
A very dejected Toadie sets off as we head into the final commercial break.

Number 28
Toadie finally arrives home and tells Sonya to sit down after she rushed to meet him. Susan volunteers to go put the kettle on but Toadie tells her to stay, he'd rather say what he's going to say only once!

TOADIE: I think Peter's trying to frame me.
SONYA: What?!
TOADIE: For the attack on Chris. Lucas was right, it looks as though Peter set the whole thing up.
SONYA: Why would he do that?

Toadie simply shakes his head to that one and Sonya asks if he told them strongly that he wasn't responsible.

TOADIE: Until I was blue in the face.

He then goes into his pocket and takes out the piece of paper that was in his hands as he exited the station and hands it to Sonya - he's been charged with fraud and conspiring to commit assault.

TOADIE: I think I'm in some trouble.

Tomorrow on Neighbours
- Toadie confronting Peter at the police station.
- Aiden warning Summer and Andrew that they can visit Chris but they might not recognise him as the guy they know.
- The K's arguing over where Summer is going to live.
- The police searching Toadie's car.
