- An upset Chris storming out of Charlie's.
Previously on Neighbours

- Libby wishing she'd never known Steph.
- Lou lamenting that 'nobody wins' during fighting in the street.
Ramsay Street
Lyn and Steph are taking more of Steph's belongings out of #30 and Lyn can sense that all is not well with her daughter.
Number 26
Summer looks at her Facebook page and can see that Macca has posted an unkind message about Steph (calling her a skank) on it with others adding to it too.
Ramsay Street
Lyn spots the Kennedys leaving and asks Steph if she is okay, and she nods her head as they continue on their way. Lou tries to deflect a confrontation when he comes down the driveway of #24 all happy and the two parties pass each other silently but acknowledge Lou's 'hello's'.
LOU: Oh come on you lot. What would old Jelly Belly say eh? Two families at war like this?
Number 26
Summer quickly closes her laptop when she hears Lyn remarking on the silent passing as 'pathetic' as she and Steph enter the house. She is about to start a rant about it too until Steph stops her mum. "At least she's got the Scully women onside, hasn't she love?" she asks looking at Summer and she replies "absolutely" although not exactly sounding convincing. Steph thanks them both for their support, lamenting that she wouldn't know what she would have done without it. Summer looks down at her laptop.
Charlie's
Karl tries to chat to Libby about telling Ben but she isn't having any of it, even when Karl points out that its best coming from her than someone else telling him. "What am I going to say?" she asks and Karl hasn't got the answer, so she is going to stick with the current story of Steph and her not being friends any more.
KARL: That's pretty clear!
Libby then explains that she doesn't want to drag it all up again, Ben having got used to Dan not being there, when he and Susan return with their drinks.
She then deflects the topic of the discussion onto asking Ben to teach her some new dance moves. He's puzzled as to why, so she explains that she is interested adding that they share things.
BEN: You don't.
That totally stops the conversation! He asks what they were talking about and she replies "nothing exciting" but he then comes back at her and correctly guesses that they were actually talking about Steph. Susan now tries to change the topic of conversation back to his dancing but young Ben is having none of it.
Number 26
The comments on Sum's Facebook page aren't getting any better, so she starts to post saying that they have no idea what they are talking about but then swithers over whether to post or not as Steph comes through from the bedrooms. Sum expresses concern at Steph, but she puts that down to getting dizzy when she stands up too fast but will bring it up when she sees the doctor tomorrow.
Steph then thanks Summer for standing by her given what has happened although again, Sum isn't that convincing in her acceptance even though Steph doesn't pick up on it. However, Sum picks up that Steph still isn't 100% as she struggles on her way into the kitchen, so Sum can get on with her "homework".
Chris calls for Summer but she ignores his call.
Lassiters Complex
Chris leaves a message on Sum's voicemail - he knows he's in the doghouse but is calling to see how she's holding up. He then runs into Andrew who mentions the Facebook stuff before their conversation is interrupted by a couple of lassies making polite conversation (Chris knows them from the gym) and an invitation for the pair of them to join them for drinks tomorrow. Andrew seems chuffed at the thought of going for drinks with the lassies especially when Chris adds that they are Uni chicks.
Kyle and Tash then run into the pair of them and he invites them to come to the gym to watch his "gun show". Neither of them reply but Tash makes a sarcastic comment that Andrew doesn't do muscle...but perhaps in 2 or 3 years he might should he start now!
CHRIS: Wow, she really hates you.
"Who cares" is his brief reply as the pair of them head off before one of the lassies doing the chatting up, comes out from the store to confirm their drinks late - 1.30 after lectures. The boys agree and don't let slip that they aren't Uni students either! Andrew now has a new reason for living - Uni girls are hotter than schoolgirls! Chris points out a downfall to the date - they have school but Andrew isn't planning on letting that one slip into the conversation.
Lassiters Complex (next day)
Steph sits alone at a table and at another one Chris thinks that Summer should tell Steph about the hassle she is getting. Sum wants to play it down as she doesn't want to worry Steph since she is unwell with what is going on. "It's not fair on you," he reminds her but Sum realises the quandary she is in.
Lyn comes out to drop off some food and drinks to Chris and Summer and shouts out to the passing Donna that there is a new batch of cupcakes just ready. When she spots the hesitancy in her reply (she's with Ringo and Susan and Ben appear right behind them) she extends them all a warm welcome to the store.
Steph isn't so chuffed at Lyn's "offer" but Lyn is standing by her guns and as if to prove her point, Ben asks Susan for a cupcake but is told they are not going there any more! This of course results in the "why" which Susan refuses to answer, instead ushering him into Charlie's. As he heads there, he and Steph share a concerned look with each other across the complex.
Meanwhile the other resident bully, Macca (starter of the Facebook thread), decides to flex his muscles by hassling Summer then asks if Steph can give him a free oil and grease change. Lyn overhears this and isn't amused (although Steph wants her to ignore it) and demands an apology from him. He isn't giving one and instead asks if she is going to spit in his milkshake! A furious Chris stands up to confront Macca and asks if he'd like to wear the said milkshake. "Yes I'm scared," is his reply along with matching the "challenge". There is a bit of a stand- off ensuing and eventually its Summer who puts an end to it.
LYN: You heard what he said?
SUMMER: Yes and he's right, so just leave him alone.
(Macca heads off)
SUMMER: (to Steph) You didn't think of any of us did you? You just went ahead and you lied and now everyone on the street hates us because of what you did. I used to be so proud having you as my step mum.
LYN: (upset) Summer...
Summer walks off and Steph silently acknowledges what Summer said to her.
Number 26
Sum is trying to hold it together as Lyn and Steph appear home. She immediately apologies and hugs Steph and is told there is nothing to apologise for. Sum then explains why she cracked - everyone is calling her names and it's all over the internet too.
SUMMER: I've been sticking up for you, I have, but I don't agree with what you did.
STEPH: And you shouldn't agree Sum. What I did was wrong.
Lyn tries to get them to draw a line under it; they have to stick together as a family. Sum agrees with what Lyn is saying but then admits that it's hard. Steph agrees with her and ask them to stay out of it.
STEPH: No more yelling at Karl and Susan, no more attacking customers. This is my mess, not yours (turning to look at Summer) and I hate that I disappointed you and I really, really hope that I can make it up to you. Will you let me try?
Summer tearfully nods and the two of them share a hug.
Hospital
There is no hiding at the hospital ether for Steph as she sits and waits for her appointment, with a couple of nurses gossiping about her.
Steph then spots Jodie and asks about her appointment with Doug. Jodie suggests making a new appointment because Doug is off on leave and the stand in is Karl!
And today's trip down memory lane is from 1987 with Madge and Harold chatting with Helen.
Hospital
Karl is being the model professional while he carries out Steph's check up. He is concerned at her high blood pressure but plays down her fears that there is a problem just yet, however does ask that if she needs help to ask. Steph tries to talk to him but is immediately cut down.
School
Chris checks how Summer is doing and she replies better, despite the continued grief. Sum kisses him bye when Andrew comes over and he persuades a reluctant Chris to go for their date with the Uni girls, even though Chris doesn't really want to go. He eventually agrees and the two of them sneak out while Libby is busy coercing Tash back to do more Mathletes stuff.
Eden Uni
A now non- school dressed Chris and Andrew rock up at Uni and are sprung immediately by Donna and Ringo although their excuses (having to chat personally with a faculty head) work and the lovers leave them to it.
The ladies are ready and waiting and Andrew walks excitedly over to where they are sitting in the Uni courtyard. As they chat, Andrew is really bumming it up over what a good boyfriend Chris is (the ladies are lapping it up!). Eventually his work is pays off and he's just about to get a date with one of them when they get sprung again - this time from Susan! She drops them right in it by asking if Libby knows they are skiving from school!
School
It looks like Susan has frogmarched Andrew and Chris back to school and she stands guard at the door while Libby dishes out the punishment to them - detention after school. She sends them packing and Susan enters the classroom apologising for adding to Libby's workload.
Susan then brings up that she needs to have a chat with Ben and reluctantly she agrees to do so that afternoon.
LIBBY: I hate this so much.
"I know," Susan quietly says as she gives her daughter a hug.
Harold's Store
Ben sneaks into the store to buy a cupcake and asks Lou that he doesn't tell! Lou agrees, so Ben takes the opportunity to ask him why his family aren't talking to the Scullys any more. "You'll have to ask your mum," is Lou's diplomatic reply before adding that adults sometimes to stupid things.
Meanwhile, Summer isn't impressed at what Chris did even more so when Andrew tells about trying to boost his reputation with the girls - telling Chris that he shouldn't be led by Andrew! Chris is staying silent, so Summer says they can chat later when his minder isn't there and heads off after kissing him goodbye.
Tash replaces Summer at the table and rubs it in about being them caught and that it won't go anywhere now the lassies know the truth... and literally as she is saying it, Andrew reads a text message from Alicia (one of the ladies) who obviously is impressed, texting him C U 2NITE BAD BOY. Andrew takes delight in telling her about his date and Tash is insanely jealous especially at him being called 'bad boy'.
TASH: She's a Uni chick and you're just a school kid.
ANDREW: That's how good I am!
Number 26
Lyn fusses over Steph making her comfortable on the couch and asks how her appointment with Doug went. Steph doesn't set her right over who did the check up, instead replies that she's got to avoid stress.
Sum returns from her crap day at school and Steph confirms her suspicion that she did call Michael. She then does a 180 by going over to hug Steph and telling her that if anyone is going to give her grief they've got to get through her first! Steph reminds her of what she said earlier but none the less is grateful for her support.
Summer then cadges a lift from Lyn to the library and Ben takes their place, surprising Steph as she was settling in to rest.
He can spot that she doesn't look great and asks if she is okay. Steph doesn't reply to his question, instead asking why he is there so he says that everyone is talking about her and his mum behind his back. "I think you need to speak to your mum," is Steph's tactful reply but Ben pushes her because Libby isn't talking. He wants to pick up on Steph telling him that she lied to Libby.
BEN: Just say you're sorry and be friends again.
STEPH: Please mate, I really think you need to go home.
And instead of going home, Ben makes himself comfy on the sofa opposite Steph!
BEN: I'm not leaving.
(Later)
Steph lets Libby into the house and she orders Ben home but he isn't budging although he eventually does when Libby threatens to give his DS away.
"He was just wanting to know," Steph tells Libby after Ben leaves. "Don't you dare start telling me how to raise my boy," she counters with and makes it clear she doesn't want Steph to say anything despite Steph pointing out it was Ben that came to her.
As they have been talking, Steph has begun to look seriously unwell, heavily relying on leaning against the sofa to support her. Steph then calls out "Libby" because she needs help, but Libby thinks its Steph wanting to talk and she stands by watching, and doing nothing, as Steph collapses to the ground (she isn't unconscious though) before walking away as we head into the final commercial break.
(Later)
Ringo provides comfort and medical support to Steph (Libby apparently sent him round) as Steph begins to regain her senses. Donna enters the house to say that there is an ambulance coming too (Ringo's doing).
STEPH: Where's Libby?
Number 28
And we cut to #28 to find Libby sitting on the sofa before she then switches on the television.
Number 26
Ringo gives medical support to Steph as Lyn arrives home, immediately alarmed at what she sees before her. He explains as she comes over to comfort Steph that he doesn't know what has happened but that he has called an ambulance.
Lyn asks her what she was doing and Steph tells them about Libby leaving her when she needed her help.
Number 28
Libby continues to watch television, staring at the screen as she channel hops.
Tomorrow on Neighbours
