Ramsay Street
Toadie is on his knees scrubbing Steph's driveway in an attempt to remove the big red letters saying 'Guilty'. Callum and Libby show up and agree to help with the scrubbing so that it'll be gone by the time Steph comes out. Toadie and Libby discuss who the culprit could be and bring up Elle as a suspect, she did leak the mechanics report after all. Libby notices some red footprints in the street and they conclude that the shoes don't look like the type Elle would wear. Toadie swears to make whoever is responsible for the graffiti pay for what they've done. Callum gets sent back to no. 30 to get the camera for Toadie so that they can take pictures of the footprints as evidence.
No. 24
Kate is asleep on the sofa after a late night playing Guitar Hero. Donna comes over to pick up Kate for the Deb committee meeting. Harry is going out as well so they decide that Sophie will go over to Toadie's to hang out with Callum as no one else can babysit her.
No. 30
Toadie and Dan are discussing how to catch the culprit of the vandalism. Libby is worried that Dan's overdoing it, but he says he's been in touch with Dr. Levi. Harry and Sophie turn up for the baby sitting and Toadie calls 'Squid' (Callum's new nickname) over to let him know that they have guests. As Callum is due to spend the day with Susan they decide that Sophie can just tag along as Susan probably won't mind. Callum wants to take the camera with them to Susan's, but Toadie says no as it's got the picture evidence on it. The mention of footprints makes Harry nervous so he takes off. On his way out he stops in the hallway and looks down on the red soles of his shoes.
No. 24
Harry arrives home and his first task is to take his shoes off and throw them in the bin. Kate sees him and wants to know why he's throwing out his shoes. Harry makes an excuse about them being worn out, but Kate doesn't buy it. She realises she's late for her meeting and lets Harry off after he agrees to keep the shoes after all.
No. 28
Susan has just finished breakfast and Karl who's in true doctor mode is trying to get her to eat some more food, first muesli then bacon.
SUSAN: Karl, I'm trying to get pregnant, not fat!
KARL: I was just trying to help.
Toadie enters with Callum and Sophie in tow.
SUSAN: Toadie, good timing. You just saved me from strangling Karl.
CALLUM: Hey, can we watch?
Toadie says he hopes they won't mind that there's an extra child to babysit. Susan said it's no problem only she's got some errands to run so offers Karl's services instead. He reminds them how great he is with kids as he was one half of Oodles of Noodles after all. Toadie says no one could ever forget that and leaves the kids in Karl's care.
We cut to Karl wearing his blue Oodles of Noodles turtleneck and singing one of their old classics. Callum and Sophie look like they've never been more bored in their lives. Karl offers to sing another song, a contemporary ballad called Free as a river, but the kids literally walk away from him. Karl asks the kids for ideas of what they can do then and they want to play Zombie Force 3. This is a problem though as Karl says he doesn't approve of 'violent video games'. Callum gets Karl to agree to them playing the game for just five minutes.
Harold's store
Kate comes late to the Deb committee meeting and Libby introduces Amanda who's the chair of the charity committee. They need to elect a chair for the Deb committee first of all and after talking about her plans for a bit Amanda puts herself forward for the chair position. Kate is also interested in the role and doesn't see a problem with her own lack of experience in the field. Donna agrees with Kate idea of making the Deb ball less traditional and more contemporary and Libby puts it to a vote. Amanda gets one vote and the Kate-Donna team gets three votes which means that Kate and Donna will co-chair the committee.
After the meeting Kate and Donna discuss what to do for the ball and Amanda congratulates them on the win. Harry walks in and Toadie starts talking to him about how you can find out about patterns of the soles of sneakers. Harry says he doesn't know as he's wearing thongs (flip-flops) at the moment and then he makes his excuses. This makes Toadie suspicious and he looks at the picture of the footprint on his camera again.
No. 24
Harry is standing by the kitchen sink, frantically trying to wash away the red paint from underneath the soles of his shoes when there's a knock on the door. Toadie walks straight in when no one answers the door and walks over to the kitchen where he finds Harry's shoes in the sink. Harry says Steph deserved what she got. A very angry Toadie warns him to tread carefully and wants to take Harry with him down to the police station straight away to file a report. Harry says he needs to tell Kate first and Toadie agrees to meet Harry at the police station at 2pm.
Later on Kate and Donna arrive home and notice Harry's newly washed shoes. The girls need to do some planning for the ball and even though Harry wants to talk to Kate he decides to leave the girls alone to get on with their work when he sees how happy they are.
Charlie's
Susan is on the phone trying to re-schedule her appointment without luck. Harry sits down at her table and blurts out that he's done something stupid, he graffittied Steph's driveway. Susan wants to know why he would do that and Harry says Steph shouldn't get away with what she did, just like his Mum's killer got his punishment. Despite Susan's attempts to make Harry see that the Parkers' accident was very different to Jill's Harry doesn't think there is a difference as India will never be able to meet her Mum just like the Ramsay kids. Harry tells Susan that Toadie knows what happened. He begs Susan to talk to Toadie to see if he will agree to let Harry off the hook or else Social Services might split his family up. Reluctantly Susan agrees to talk to Toadie, but makes no promises of a successful outcome. Her phone rings and it's the person she was speaking to before about her appointment. If possible, Susan would like to know the results now on the phone before the appointment.
No. 28
Karl and the kids are playing Zombie Force 3, all of them being very much involved in the game. Callum gives Karl instructions for what he needs to do to get away from the zombies and Karl follows every word closely. In between his instructions Callym blurts out that it must be quite cool for Karl not to have a job at the moment which makes Karl frown. Before he has a chance to reply though Karl has to focus on the game again as the zombies are coming after him. The phone rings and it's Susan.
Later on Libby and Dan have arrived as well and they're all worried that maybe Susan's sick as she has been extra tired lately. The kids have been instructed to stay in the next room while playing their video game. Karl tries calling Susan's mobile just as she walks in the door with a big smile on her face and an announcement to make - she's pregnant! There's smiles, laughs, hugs and kisses all around.
No. 28
Susan and Libby can't believe they're pregnant and Karl wants to bring out some cake to go with the champagne. Callum and Sophie want to find out what all the excitement is about, but all they get told is a quick excuse about Karl reaching level four in the video game. While the kids grab some cake the adults agree to keep quiet about the pregnancy for now. Susan suddenly remembers something she had to do and excuses herself from the party to make a phone call.
Lassiter's
Susan and Toadie meet up outside Charlie's and Toadie isn't amused. He thinks they have already given Harry enough chances and is worried that bigger crimes could follow if they don't do something about it now. Susan is concerned that if Harry gets taken in by police the Ramsay kids will be taken into care by the government but they can avoid that if they just work together to help Harry deal with his problems. Toadie notices that Susan looks a bit flushed, but she blames it on her concern for Harry. Toadie realises that Harry must have asked Susan to put in a good word for him but insists he's not going to let Harry get away with what he did to Steph.
Harold's store
Amanda has come to talk to Kate about the Deb committee. She wants Kate to withdraw from the chair's job so that they can do a new vote that Amanda can win. Kate refuses to give in and then Donna steps up as well to support Kate. Amanda realises she's not going to win the battle so takes off. Harry comes in to talk to Kate and glances down at his watch. It's a few minutes before 2pm. With Donna and Kate excitedly talking about how Kate stood up to Amanda just before, Harry decides not to break the news to his sister.
Erinsborough Police Station
It's 2.10pm and Toadie is at the police station waiting for Harry. With no Harry in sight Toadie tells the officer on the counter that he would like to make a report for malicious damage. Just then Harry comes rushing into the station begging Toadie not to file the report. He says he did try to tell Kate about what happened but it's the first time he's seen her happy in ages so didn't want to ruin that for her. Harry says he's sorry and that he'll apologise to Steph himself if only Toadie doesn't tell the police about what happened.
TOADIE: Steph is everything to me.
HARRY: My sisters are everything to me. Please don't do this.
