- Declan and Bridget kissing x2

- Declan and the Parkers learning Bridget has died.
Miranda and Steve are sitting on the bed crying their hearts out. In the waiting room, Declan sits on the floor pushing India's pram back and forth, in shock.
The teens are coping with Bridget's death and are distraught.
Miranda and Steve have joined Declan sitting on the seats as he sits on the floor. Karl approaches the Parkers and tells them it was a blood clot which was a result of the accident and there was nothing anyone could do. Hating to bring it up, Karl reminds Declan that Bridget believed in organ donating which was what she wanted to do. However Declan says nothing and leaves.
Dan and Libby watch Charlie, Callum and Ben and they seem ok. Steph walks in with Kate and hugs Charlie in comfort. Lucas walks in and hugs Steph. Harry comes in with Sophie, who joins the other kids, and Toadie beckons him with everyone else, all grieving for Bridget's death. Steph asks Libby how the kids are and she says they're coping.
Later, the adults are talking as Ben asks Callum and Sophie how they think the adults are going. Sophie suggests they do something nice for the Parkers and when Charlie says he's hungry, she suggests they could cook dinner. Callum then says they could bake a cake. They see Steph in tears.
SOPHIE: Heard it was a blood clot.
CALLUM: No, it was a heart attack.
BEN: Nah, it was an “ebbolism”
CHARLIE: What's a “ebbolism”?!
Charlie asked that very loud and Steph goes to sort it out. She tells them it's alright to be sad and the kids asks to bake a cake for the Parkers. Steph tells the others and they agree it's a good idea to keep their minds off it. Lucas asks what kind of cake and the boys shout for chocolate but Sophie wants to make a vanilla cake. Lucas suggests to make two. It leads to a competition and the kids then say the adults look happier now.
Steve and Miranda arrive home and look at their home, Steve unable to go back in there. They begin to cry, finding it hard to go back inside.
Declan is on his own in the house as Steve and Miranda bring in India and are surprised to see him there as they thought he went back to the hospital. Declan says nothing and Steve gets emotional. Rebecca unexpectedly arrives from her holiday and hugs Declan in comfort.
In the nursery, Rebecca tells Declan to listen to her. They're going to get through this, her, Declan and Indy. Declan has said nothing, in deep shock and depression.
In the living room, Rebecca comes out. She says he's really struggling and offers to do something for them. The phone rings and Steve answers as it could be Riley. It's a call about a dentist appointment for Bridget. Steve starts to cry and Rebecca tells them to cancel and hang up. Miranda asks if Declan wants to see India because he didn't want to look at her. Rebecca says he needs more time. Steve says that Bridget wanted to be an organ doner and Declan has to sign. Declan comes out in his running clothes. The three of them try to talk to him, Miranda asking if he wants to take India but he ignores them and walks out.
Declan runs his heart out in the rain, running fast before taking a breather by a tree. He soon starts to run to the end of the road again.
Rebecca is on the couch with India when Declan arrives home. She's worried about him and he's scaring her. Declan begins to cry.
DECLAN: I'm never going to be able to see her again.
REBECA: (upset) I know.
DECLAN: I'm never going to be able to put my arms around her and feel her. I'm never going to be able to speak to her. I keep calling her voicemail to hear her voice because it's all I have. A phone message. It's not fair.
Rebecca says there's someone else missing her and tells Declan to hold her. But he can't.
DECLAN: She has Didge's eyes.
Dan, Lucas and Toadie are arguing about the cake. Toadie says to chuck it in anyway. They're all confused about the recipe and Sophie sneaks in a look and once she's whisked away, she tells Kate the boys are toast. They then wonder how they can tell who wins and Toadie comes up with who.
Karl says it's a serious matter needing careful consideration. Steph blindfolds Karl before he tries the first cake. Karl immediately thinks it's hideous, complaining about the sugar. Steph tells him to try the next cake which Karl immediately thinks it's interesting. But he hates it. The boys sabotaged their cakes with pepper icing.
Miranda, Steve and Rebecca are all in silence as India is crying. Miranda looks at the photos and wants to check on India. But Rebecca tells her not to. Miranda's worried he's unable to look after her but Declan's her father.
In the nursery, Declan is sitting on the floor, in the corner, looking at a photo of Bridget, ignoring India's cries.
Later, Declan is sitting by the cot and Miranda comes in and sits next to him. She asks if she's ok but Indy's still crying. Miranda tells him that Bridget wanted to donate her organs and Declan finally signs the papers. India starts crying harder and Miranda holds her. She offers Declan to take her but he says he can't even look at her.
Later on, Steve and Miranda says they moved to Ramsay St for the kids and had two good years but they weren't enough years. They stop Rebecca from what she's doing and tell her they can't stay in Ramsay St. Or even Erinsborough. There's not much reason for staying now but Rebecca says there's India. They say they moved for Bridget and it's too much to stay. They're going back to Oakey as soon as possible and want to take India with them.
REBECCA: Like hell you will.
STEVE: Rebecca, it's for the best.
REBECCA: My son needs his little girl. She needs her father!
MIRANDA: He's not coping.
REBECCA: He's just lost the love of his life. You've just lost your daughter. No one's coping!
Declan comes out to see what's going on and she tells him Miranda and Steve are leaving. Declan doesn't blame them. Miranda says they want to take India. Declan says they're right, he can't look after her.
After the break, Rebecca begs Declan not to let them take India away but he says he can't do it on his own.
REBECCA: You're not on your own, darling, you've got me, you've got support.
DECLAN: I don't want support, I want Didge!
He storms out in tears and Rebecca tells Miranda and Steve she won't let this happen. If they take Indy away they'll destroy him. He'd never have the courage to ask for her back, even when they say it doesn't have to be permanent nor will they be able to give her back. Miranda says it's for the best and they walk away.
