Libby has arrived home with Dan and Steph and Toadie greet her with flowers and a hug. Libby sits down gingerly on the couch and tells them she's fine and asks them for a gossip update. She admits they haven't, but they're working out what to say.
Ringo has borrowed Adam's swish 4x4 and calls for Declan to go for a spin.
DECLAN: If you want someone to clean your car, go to a car wash.
RINGO: So, what, you're going to hold a grudge now?
DECLAN: Beacuse you treated me like a servant, yeah, I think I'm going to hold a grudge.
Just then, Bridget follows Declan out.
RINGO:(to Declan) I thought this would make up for last night.
DECLAN: You thought wrong.
He walks off back into the house.
RINGO:(to Bridget) I tried. Guy's got a chip on his shoulder the size of this car.
BRIDGET: What, you don't think this has anything to do with you?
BRIDGET: Ringo, five minutes ago you were at war with Zeke. Now it's you and Declan. Don't you spot a theme?
RINGO: Keep out of this, Didge.
He gets into the car.
BRIDGET: HEY! You can't run away from your friends!
He drives off anyway.
Susan pops around to see Libby who is sorting out her clothes. She staggers to her feet and Susan and Steph tell her that she should be resting. When Libby has gone to put the kettle on, Steph tells Susan that she thinks Libby is in denial.
LIBBY: (false bright) Who wants tea, who wants coffee?
SUSAN: (taking her hands) You need to tell Ben.
LIBBY: Yeah, I know. We will.
SUSAN: He's going to here from someone else.
LIBBY: Yeah, we'll deal with it Mum, but he's not here right now, so tea or coffee?

BRIDGET: Didn't take you long to find the groupies.
ASHLEY: Jealous, much?
Bridget tells Ringo that Donna will be home in a few days. He doesn't seem concerned.
ASHLEY: Thanks for the newsflash. Now you can go and do some tragic maternity shopping.
RINGO: Oi, Didge is a friend, OK? (to Didge) Just leave it.
Ashley asks Didge if she is "the cleaner's girlfriend".
BRIDGET: Dec was right, this whole thing has gone to your head.
ASHLEY: Who cares? Right now he's got a great car, and a chick who'd really like a ride. So what do you say?
RINGO: Let's go?
Ringo and Ashley pull up in the car and are about to start pashing, but Ashley wants to know if Ringo and Donna really are finished. He tells her that they definitely are.
ASHLEY: You can do a lot better than her.
He suggests they go back to her place. She tells her that the house will be free so they can get "a lot more comfortable".

There is an awkward silence.
LIBBY: I'm sorry.
SUSAN: It's alright, darling, you've got an awful lot to deal with...
LIBBY:(firmly) I'm fine.
There is a long pause.
LIBBY: You know what, maybe I just do need some rest, OK? Um, I'll be alright, I just need to get some sleep and then we'll catch up tonight.
She shows them all out. When she closes the door behind them, she leans behind it and starts to sob.

LIBBY: Dan, will you please just let me think about something else.

STEVE: I'm just a bit confused about where we stand with each other after the other night. I just don't want you to feel uncomfortable with me.
MIRANDA: I'm not. Seriously, it's fine.
STEVE: Are you sure?
STEVE: OK, well, good to see you.
MIRANDA: The gym beckons.
STEVE: Lucky Jim.
Susan comes to talk to Declan and Bridget about Ringo. Bridget tells Susan that Ringo has been acting like an idiot. Declan has nothing to say, so Bridget fills Susan in about Ringo blowing off exams and hanging around with footy skanks.
DECLAN: The guy's a tool.
Outside Ashley's house
Ringo and Ashley park the 4x4 and Ringo admires the house which is massive.

NATHAN: Get your hands off my daughter!
