Nicola telling Miranda she's had the all clear from her HIV scare.
Mickey blackmailing Didge and Declan to keep quiet after catching them.
Lucas telling Elle that if he sees something/someone he goes for it.
Matt catching Ringo and Donna in the back of his police car.
Ringo telling Donna they should cool things.
Steve telling Nicola to either get over him or ship out of Erinsborough.
Donna taking off in her dad's car.
Donna sits at a stop junction and ignores a call from Ringo before driving off.
Miranda says bye to her sister, saying that they both want her in their lives although the death stare from Steve would suggest differently.
Back home, Steve suggests to his wife that they should give Nicola a wide berth because of what she has done to their family adding that he feels she'd be better off making her own life. Miranda explains that she feels she will regret things if she doesn't give Nicola a chance. Steve wonders where that leaves them and Miranda is quick to say that getting things back on track with him is her priority.
As that scene was on, we cut back to #30 where Nicola had her bags backed and was ready to leave the house.
Nicola stops the car so Bronte can do its business and she can study the maps to decide where to go however the dog has other ideas and runs off and Nicola follows to find her.
We then cut to see an upset Donna driving before returning to see Nicola chasing after the dog. Back with Donna and she again ignores a call from Ringo and the dog comes to a stop on the road as a car approaches but Donna, distracted by the phone, hits the dog. She gets out of the car and apologises to the dog that is lying at the side of the road and calls Ringo to ask for his help.
NinjaRingo arrives and consoles Donna over what she's done and notices the damage to the car. As they get into the car to leave the camera pans down into the bush to see an injured and unconscious Nicola lying on the ground.
Miranda tries to get up close and personal with Steve in the surgery but he makes it clear he isn't interested. Donna and Ringo come in with the dog and Steve immediately recognises it as being Bronte and Miranda wonder where Nicola is.
Donna and Ringo talk about the accident while waiting to hear how the dog is. He stops her from making calls to get the car fixed before her dad finds out and asks why she keeps stealing the car. Donna explains that she isn't just angry at her dad but at him too for dumping her. He explains that he thought she could be done more with a friend than a boyfriend.
DONNA: Everyone dumps me.
Dan and Toadie arrive and Ringo tells them to head into the surgery where Steve explains that its still touch and go and that the dog has internal bruising. Miranda asks when Nicola is coming and Dan and Toadie reply that they think she's done a runner as her belongings have gone. This puzzles Miranda and even Steve thinks something is up.
Later on, Steve tells Miranda that Nicola still has a thing for him after Miranda susses out that something is amiss. He adds that he had visions of the whole thing blowing up again between them again and that is why he's been holding back on the loving between them.
Lucas fails to impress Elle with a card trick but offers to buy her a drink instead, which it turns out is how he usually picks up a girl. Elle wonders where Libby is and he tells her that Dan and Libby have found each other and that its time to open his eyes to other possibilities. “Are you seriously hitting on me now” Elle asks as she flirts back at him. “Well I have softened you up with my card trick” he replies back. Elle takes her chance to leave when Donna and Ringo interrupt wanting a huge favour from him.
Lucas surveys the damage to the car and tells them that he can't help because it's an offence to tamper with a police car. They lie as to how the car got damaged and plead with him to help.
Miranda tells Steve not to feel bad about Nicola moving on because she's got the chance to be happy. Ringo and Donna arrive to spend the night being with Bronte but Steve tells them that he and Miranda are doing it. However after a subtle nudge and a few words from Miranda, they leave and let the kids keep the dog company with orders to call if they need anything.
Donna thanks Ringo for his help as they get into their sleeping bags and he tells her that he didn't dump her, just backed off to make things easier for her. He then admits that he would like them to be more than friends and to re-create what they were doing in the car and leans over to kiss her before they cuddle into each other.
Declan and Dan spot Ringo and Donna waiting for Lucas and wonder why they are up so early. She explains that they were babysitting the dog and just about puts her foot in it trying to say why they are not at the garage or how the dog got injured. Declan of course has his male brain into gear and puts 2+2 together as Ringo having sex with Donna before following Dan.
RINGO: (blowing a raspberry) Good one.
DONNA: How can I be such a good liar to my dad and such a bad liar to everyone else?!
Lucas gives them the good news that the car is repaired and Donna hugs him for helping. He puts the kybosh on Donna driving the car away but Elle driving past gets his attention more and orders them inside and to close the door before going over to Elle's car. They flirt with each other before Elle drives off and he tells them that the coast is clear.
Didge tries to say that Nicola couldn't care two monkeys about her injured dog as she checks on Bronte but the loved up Miranda ticks her daughter off adding that life is too short to hold grudges.
Steve tells Didge and Mickey to get off to school but before they do, Declan arrives because he was missing walking to school with her. Mickey pipes up that he is in the mood for a milkshake and a doughnut as they are having a pash and they begrudgingly say “fine” as they head out the door.
The General Store
Mickey has the cheek to tell Didge and Declan that they don't speak to him any more and they point out that it isn't surprising since he is blackmailing them. A truce is called between the three of them celebrated by high-fives all around… and Mickey asking for another milkshake!
Ringo notices that Donna is shaking and she explains it's because she is trying to work out how to get the car back in time but it's too late as Matt walks in… just as Ringo hugs Donna too.
Matt is annoyed with Donna for ignoring his punishments, warnings and groundings… and hooking up with a boy he doesn't approve of. Donna apologises and Matt ignores Ringo trying to talk to him as if he wasn't there. He starts rants at her (well in a quiet mono-toned voice) that she is making the same mistakes as her mother and won't let it happen but Donna tunes out of what he is saying.
Miranda calls her sister and out in the bush we hear the phone ringing as Nicola comes to but can't quite reach her phone before she falls into unconsciousness.
