Kirsten telling Ned about her affair with Paul and the blackmail
Kirsten swears to Ned that it's over and she couldn't go through with telling Rebecca. Ned can't understand why she'd do such a thing. Kirsten was just flattered that someone like Paul would pay her attention. She feels sick about Mickey finding out and Ned reminds her he almost did. He wants to know if it was over before they went to Queensland but Kirsten doesn't see how that matters - it's not like they're together or anything...right?
Sam looks over a brochure of a venue for Paul's wedding and is impressed by his enthusiasm to make arrangements. As Paul signs something Ned storms in and pulls Paul outside so he can have a go at him. Since Ned is such a massive giant Paul has no choice but to follow. Paul protests that Kirsten made her own decisions. Ned just wants him to stay away from Kirsten. Paul asks Ned if he's going to tell anyone - if they don't know, no one will get hurt - but Ned rolls out the ‘you should've thought about that before' line. Paul looks shaken.
Carmy is ranting to Marco that she doesn't want Elle having anything to do with Chloe. The fact she's now in relationship with Ollie changes everything. Marco wonders why she cares so much, reminding her Elle's helped them out in the past. Carmy thinks she's a bad person who only takes from people. Marco suspects it's deeper than that; she hasn't got over her taking Ollie from her. Carmy thinks that's a mad idea but Marco thinks she's being totally irrational. Carmella admits Ollie will always hold a special place in her heat being her babydaddy but Marco's the one she has a future with. She decides to arrange another meeting to sign the papers but Marco seems reluctant to put it behind them, unconvinced she doesn't still have feelings for Ollie.
At a table Zeke tells Didge about a picnic at the beach he's arranged for Taylah. Ringo and Declan arrive and Declan tells them they were thinking about going to the beach too but not to gatecrash Zeke's bash. Ringo seems pretty certain that they're not going to be there but Declan won't take his excuses - it's only a bit of water.
Steve and Nicola come in and Steve tells Nicola how wonderful her sister was when he was trying to cope with that stuff with his dad. Nicola says he shouldn't put himself down - she thought he was pretty amazing. Steve says it was all Miranda and she's the best thing that ever happened to him. Riley comes in - he's going to the beach too! Half of Ramsay Street are gonna be there it seems.
Riley's at the beach already and guess who else is there - Nicola. He's not happy to see her. She lamely tries to dry him off with a towel and pleads to him that she needs a friend. It's been so hard watching her sister's family when she's all single and alone.
RILEY: What, so now you want a family you don't try to sleep with?
She wants someone to look after her. She promises no funny business.
Next scene and there's some funny business. But apparently they're just ‘having fun', so I guess that's okay. Riley says she's a bad influence on him.
NICOLA: No, you're the bad boy, Steve Parker.
Riley can't believe his ears. Nicola laughs it off as a mistake.
RILEY: This is too weird.
As Riley packs his stuff away, Nicola tries to plead with him but Riley comes to the conclusion she has a thing for Steve. She says nothing ever happened - he's her brother in law! Riley thinks he's just the consolation prize but she argues that he isn't. She did have a crush on Steve a few years back but it was before he married Miranda. Riley won't listen to any more. Nicola still manages to jump his car and get a ride back to town, even though he's mad at her and they're still arguing.

Riley and Nicola watch over a dog as Steve, Miranda and Didge attend to him. Didge locates the chip and goes to deal with that so they can find the owner. It turns out Riley hit the dog on the way back from the beach - he came out of nowhere. Steve ushers them out. Alone, Riley sighs and he and Nicola sit and wait, not talking.
Carmella tells Oliver that she let her personal feelings cloud her judgement and wants to go back to their original agreements. They sign but not before Carmy tells Oliver she's happy for Elle to be part of Chloe's life, as long as he doesn't keep secrets. He agrees he should've been more honest.
Ringo watches the sea. Declan asks if he's coming in and he says yes but then he has a flashback as Declan goes in. He stands on the sand and Dec throws him the ball. He throws it back and then Declan throws it into the water so he has to paddle in to get it. It works and Ringo sarcastically thanks him - couldn't have done it without his help!
Zeke leads Taylah to somewhere along the beach. She's a little wary but then she sees he's put on a picnic by a cave. He notices she's a bit reluctant but then she follows him.
Ned asks Kirsten why she thought Paul could make her happy. She said he was nice to her and it felt good but she knows there aren't any excuses. She thinks he's being so nice about it but Ned just wants to get past it. Kirsten warns it'll be hard if it gets out. Ned vows to keep schtum, not wanting her and Mickey to get hurt. Ned is sure Paul will pay the blackmailer and Kirsten hopes so. They hug as Kirsten gets a little teary.
Oliver is off to tell Elle the good news and Marco isn't that eager to listen to Carmy chat about what happened. Marco doesn't think their decision to be honest will change anything. Why would she blow up like that if she didn't still have feelings for him? Marco wishes she'd admit it so they could deal with it. He goes, having carelessly let the till drawer open and it's stuffed full of money! Very unprofessional.
Carmella presents Sam with an expensive jacket as thanks for putting up with her. Sam spots lots of bags and remarks she's been on a big shopping trip. Carmy passes it off as retail therapy.
Zeke tells Taylah he can't believe he's here with her and she deems it the best picnic ever, thanking him. He reaches for her hair to remove some sand but she seems a little uncomfortable and he says they can go home if she wants. She says she wants to stay and they kiss but then she pulls away, saying she can't do this, then runs off.

Didge comes in from school. Steve has managed to stop the bleeding. Everyone leaves Didge to look after the dog, even though Riley would rather stay behind too. Chris comes in - turns out it's his dog, Larry. Didge takes him in to see his pooch, telling him that he was hit by a car. Chris says he's had Larry since he was a pup (the dog, not Chris). He tells her he would've mentioned it at Ringo's party but there wasn't an opportunity too. He's a nice guy, most of the time.
Chris tells her about when he took Larry to Show and Tell. He got in heaps of trouble for it.
Zeke catches up with Taylah. She tells him he'll think she's an idiot then starts saying when she started going out with Chris, she thought it was cool to hang out with his mates and feel grown up.

Chris thinks that Didge should follow in her dad's footsteps.
Taylah says Chris wanted to take things further but she didn't. She was so scared and wanted to say no but couldn't. He asks if he forced her but she tells him it was her fault. It happened here, on this beach, and that's why she freaked out. Zeke is so glad she told him - he loves her. They hug.

Chris wants to take Didge out for coffee to thank her for helping. It'd be nice to chat further. She agrees - it would be nice.
