Paul tying to tell Kirsten she can join her family for dinner but she wants to learn hotel business.
Dan telling Libby about trying to find his wife.
Dan's wife (Sam) rocking up to Ramsay Street and kissing Dan… all while Libby is looking on.
Dan is stunned at seeing his wife but breaks it off to go talk to Libby. Libby quickly introduces herself adding that she works with Dan and likewise Sam introduces herself to Libby after Dan gets a bit tongue-tied trying to do the intros.
While trying hard not to flirt with Kirsten, Paul is impressed with the strategy she has lined up for the hotel accommodation. Eventually he begins to cave in and seductively places his hand on top of hers but Kirsten isn't falling for the charm, she has worked too hard to impress him.
Sam explains to Dan why she hasn't contacted him but is surprised that he didn't contact her. She twigs that he likes Libby but he is quick to explain that he didn't look at anyone else in the 2 years they've been apart.
Dan comes to the point of why he was trying to contact her – he wants a divorce, which shocks Sam because she thought he'd have asked for one earlier.

Libby is round to sound off at Toadie about Dan's wife turning up and reiterates that she won't be the other woman.
Sam accuses Dan of not being ready to move on but tells him that medically speaking, she is all better. They have a real heart-to-heart about her behaviour - bringing blokes home, disappearing, the fact he was almost her carer. She thanks him for standing by her and says that is why she left.
Steph and Charlie arrive home to find Toadie's gear all packed. Whilst he is really pleased to see Charlie, the same can't be said about Steph and the situation is very strained. She asks him not to move out, to use the spare room, but he is insistent that he is leaving. Before leaving though, he stuns Steph by asking her for formal access to Charlie.
TOADIE: I want access to Charlie. I want us to have an agreement that I can still spend time with him.
STEPH: I'd never stop you from spending time with him, you know that.
TOADIE: No I don't and I don't know what you want or what you think, that's why we're in this position in the first place. I love Charlie and I want to do all that I can for him. So can we talk about that?
Steph reiterates that she won't stop him from seeing Charlie especially since the wee man talked about him all the time while they were away. She is however against his suggestion of a written agreement.
STEPH: Toadie we're always going to be friends, always.
Toadie isn't quite so sure and kisses Charlie bye before heading out of the house totally ignoring Steph.
Frosie arrive home and as Dan is doing the intros to Frazer (Rosie is a second or two later in coming in as she was on her mobile), Rosie and Sam clap eyes on each other and squee with delight at seeing each other again. Turns out that Rosie and Sam worked at the same law firm where Sam was Rosie's idol.
Frazer invites them to join himself and Rosie at Charlie's but while Dan wants to knock back the invitation, Sam is keen to go.
Random Karl and Susan are chatting at the bar but Libby isn't listening to a thing her parents are saying because she is constantly looking at Dan. Likewise at his table, he isn't listening to the conversation because he is looking at Libby. At the bar, Susan makes her displeasure known to Libby but she just explains that Dan has his reasons.
Meanwhile at the table, Rosie's mobile goes off and she makes her excuses as she has to head to work and Dan makes his apologies too, and heads towards the bar where he asks Libby if they can talk.

Its muted celebrations as the colleagues study the offer that has come in from the council. Whilst the money on offer is good, there is a gag agreement attached to it, which Rebecca isn't happy at. Steph shows up after finding out what they've been offered and urges them not to accept the deal on the table.
Dan apologises to Libby if he's embarrassed her and that he has asked Sam for a divorce. He is surprised at Libby's reaction to the news – that she can tell in Sam's eyes that she loves him and that he loves Sam.
LIBBY (in tears): Dan you're a great guy, but you're not my kind.

Paul arrives but perhaps wishes he hadn't when Rebecca sounds off at him, annoyed at being shut out of the decisions surrounding the class action. He offers her another option – staying at home and looking after their child.
REBECCA: Um Paul, I really don't know whether you are serious or not but given the fact that you keep mentioning this, I just want to say this more time – I'm happy being a grandma!
Paul accepts her reasoning and is happy to play along as long as they can keep practicing for one! She rejects this offer for now as she has work to do and Paul begrudgingly slopes off back to work.
Paul finds Kristen checking hotel room keys and confesses that she is the best mistake he has made. He turns on the charm but Kristen is reluctant to take it in as she wants the job and not just to be another notch on his bed post. However he wears her down and the two of them head into a hotel room.
Rosie is discussing the class action claim with Sam, who is that she isn't celebrating with the bottle of wine in the fridge until Rosie explains that she is 8 weeks pregnant. Sam is happy shocked at the news and the two of them begin to chat babies and scans.
Frazer asks if the two of the considered having kids and Dan nonchalantly replies that it never really came up.

Rebecca is already in bed and waiting for Paul to arrive. She apologises for neglecting him whilst trying to seduce him, but her efforts are initially wasted on him before Paul eventually joins in on the fun.
Steph is packing up more of Toadie's things for him when he comes by to move some more stuff and she apologises for how things are between them now and the fact he doesn't trust her. She again makes it clear that she won't stop him seeing Charlie and as far as possible that he will remain part of Charlie's life… but also part of hers.
Toadie is pleased about what she said about Charlie and that's it as far as it goes, he's not ready to let her into his life again but does concede to letting Steph try.
Dan escorts Sam back to her room even though she says it wasn't required. Sam remarks on what a small world it is what with him sharing a room with Rosie… a pregnant Rosie at that. She is puzzled when he asks if she is okay with the baby talk.
SAM: I'm not made of glass Dan. Lots of women have miscarriages, life goes on.
Dan brings up her bi-polar coming on after she lost the baby at 6 months but she is quick to say that she is all better and stable now… but there's one thing missing and tells Dan that she loves him and she is pretty sure that he loves him.
SAM: Please, can we just give this another go?
