Scarlet Bar
Izzy wants to know how Susan found out her info, but when she won't say, Izzy wrongly thinks that Tom told her. This in turn surprises Susan, so next on Izzy's blaming list is Darcy, but again won't confirm this and repeats her 24 hour warning to tell Karl or she will.
IZZY: (extremely irate) Oh no you evil blackmailer.
SUSAN: Don't you talk to me about morality; it's hardly your forte is it? If you loved Karl, if you really love him you'll sort this out. If not (looking Izzy up and down) well you just don't deserve him.
The General Store
Annalise comes into the store and Lou does a submarine impression today and dives below the counter. Sky asks what is he doing and he replies that he's not there but too late, Annalise has spotted him and he wants to know how long she's been in town and she coolly says "for as long as you've been avoiding me".
Lou takes her into the kitchen and as she carefully hits the record button, Lou tells her he wasn't avoiding her (and their unfinished business) but he's got too much going on atm to go out with her...well anyone much, much younger. She pretends that she is heartbroken and Lou is very relieved as he thinks they've got closure but she continues to wind him up by asking him for a "date" tonight at 7.30pm.
LOU: Annalise Hartman, you are a naughty, naughty girl.
Annalise puts him right...with her surname by telling him she married Sam 5 years ago, and is now Mrs Kratz and Lou begrudgingly offers her his congratulations. Their "date" is brought up and Lou is getting excited again until she tells him she only wants to interview an old-timer for her doco.
Scarlet Bar
Izzy is in a world of her own, so Max tells her she should go home but Izzy replies that is the last place she wants to be! Max asks if things are okay between her and Karl and she replies "peachy".
David is giving Annalise his two-cents for the doco, saying everyone looks out for each other like a family despite their ups and downs but they still remain intact, and she comments "which is more than can be said for your marriage". David wants to know who she's been speaking too and she says it is a close community.
DAVID: It's a challenge sure, but we're meeting it head on and I'm confident that when my wife moves back (Lil enters the bar) ...our family will be closer together.
He wants to re-record part of his interview to "if my wife moves back one of my problems is my monstrous ego", and he goes and joins Lil at the bar (with Annalise recording it) and they discuss his monstrous ego. He tells her that there is no pressure on her to come back but Lil tells him that Paul has asked her to go back to him.
The General Store
Sky is trying to defend Dylan's actions to Harold but he isn't having any of it, so she reminds him about giving someone a second chance. Harold tells her he didn't mean the person who trashed his house though but she has a go at him for double standards.
Go Go Boys
Whilst forcefully grabbing Stingray's bum, Go-Go gives him an urgent delivery and goes on about his muscle tone to the amusement of the other Go Go boys whilst shooing him out the door. Stinger doesn't look happy at all.
Lassiters Complex
A nurse pushes Paul in his wheelchair and he spots Lil, so he shouts on her to come over. Once he sends the nurse away to get some privacy, he tells her he came out to look for her but Lil is being very curt with him and says he wasted his time, as there is no future for them. Paul says he'll wait but Lil relies that she's not leaving David again. He wrongly assumes she is back with David until Lil confirms she is still at Susan's but she wants to get her family back together again. Paul tells her he doesn't love David. Lil tells him that she was happy before and Paul snidely comments, "as long as you didn't have to think too much". The nurse's arrival back signifies the end of this ding-dong but not before Paul tells her that if she walks away then she'll always be wondering what if and not to make him hate her. Lil coolly says "bye Paul" before turning and walking away.
Scarlet Bar
Max finishes off his interview to Annalise by saying it is "good to live so close to people you can trust" before getting back to work.
Izzy is still being absent-minded and lets something fall, as David and Harold come into the bar. With Annalise sneakily hitting the record button, Harold asks if she okay because she looks...and Izzy starts ranting at them until Max tries to get her to calm down but she tells everyone present that they are all a bunch of hypocrites before walking off.
No. 26
Stinger is asking Dylan for help with his boss and what he can do to stop her hitting on him. Dylan couldn't care less though as he's trying to prepare the meal. Sky's arrival interrupts their chat and Dylan wants to know what Harold has decided. She tells him he hasn't decided what to do, so Dylan takes it as meaning the whole street will hate him and give her hassle. Sky tells him that he has changed for the better...and she loves him.
Scarlet Bar Office
Max wants to know what is up with her as she knocks back a drink in the office. Izzy informs him that she is off clubbing and invites him along but he says he's going to take her home instead or at least tell him what is going on.
IZZY: Why, so that you can kick-start the Chinese whispers with the rest of the gang?
Max hasn't got a clue what she is going on about and pulls her back into the office, slamming the office door closed, before telling her that the people outside are both their friends and customers and that they can't afford to offend them. Izzy scoffs at this, so he firmly tells her that he isn't going to let her ruin the business they've worked hard to build and to get her act together. Izzy doesn't reply but instead leaves.
The General Store
Annalise is having her "date" with Lou by interviewing him. She wants to know the steamy secrets of Ramsay Street...and suggests continuing their "date" at his house, which Lou is only too happy to accept.
In the kitchen Harold tells David that Dylan confessed to vandalised the house. David starts his little rant, just as Lil comes into the store and overhears him telling Harold that Paul provided Dylan with his alibi and that he has asked Lil to go back to him. Harold wants to know what her answer was and he says that Lil hasn't dismissed it. David then has another rant saying Dylan (and Paul) have got off scot-free and leaves the kitchen walking straight into Lil.
LIL: He's in hospital David, he's lost a limb.
DAVID: Yeah well, I'm sorry Lil but I'm just so angry that he tried to interfere again.
LIL: Yeah he tried but he failed. I told him it was over.
No. 28
Annalise is interviewing Susan and talking about her spilt from Karl. She asks if Izzy is the person Karl is looking for (and describes Izzy as having a few sandwiches short of a picnic) and Susan tells her to ask Karl. Annalise asks if Karl is happy and Susan replies that he'd probably admit to a few regrets. She now asks Susan the same question and Susan tells her "happiness is not in yearning for what might have been or wondering what will happen, you have to look at what you do have."
No. 26
Sky tells Dylan to stop volunteering to do gardening for her family when Harold and David call. Harold apologises for being so harsh at their last meeting and he apologises again for what he did because he cares about Sky and the people she loves. David reminds him that it was a serious criminal offence before adding that he met someone on his Salvo rounds who turned their life around because of a second chance and what would he do if they give him a second chance. Dylan is stunned and will stick to whatever punishment they give him, including staying away from Sky...so Harold suggests they stay away for each other for a month! Sky isn't happy but Dylan accepts it.
No. 28
Stinger is confiding in Susan that he doesn't like what his boss is going to him and Susan tells him that it is sexual harassment. She gives him tips on what to do - telling the boss that he isn't comfortable by her behaviour and that it is inappropriate. Great idea he thinks, except try telling her that when "you're dressed like a stick of pink fairy floss". Susan volunteers to speak to her but he doesn't want that, so she reminds him that it is serious.
Lassiters Park
On route to work, Stinger goes over what he is going to say to Go-Go until he spots Izzy sleeping rough in the rotunda. He quickly goes over to her and wakes her, asking if she is all right. Coming to, Izzy asks why would she not be before he asks if the Doc knows she is there. Snapping at him she says of course before telling him to get lost but when she doesn't respond to his joke about having had too much the night before, he asks if she needs an ambulance or Karl to come check her over. Izzy sarcastically says, "would he even care less" before telling him again to get lost and adds for him not to tell anyone that he saw her there.
Go Go Boys
Go-Go tells Stinger that she's just having a laugh with him. He tells her that it is inappropriate but she takes the Mickey at him for using a big world, so he says that it is sexual harassment and he wants her to stop it. Go-Go tells him that she was only mucking around to make work less boring and forgets he's only a school kid and not used to the way things work in the real world before sending him off on a job.
Hospital
Izzy is begging Paul for help but he is more concerned about where she spent the night after pulling something from her hair. She pleads for him to help asking what she needs to do.
PAUL: Oh my God. Oh Izzy, I never thought I'd see the day when you'd lose your touch. Oh come on. Do I need to spell it out what's going to save you? It is so obvious. I mean it is blinding.
