Karl and Izzy's
Paul and Izzy hurriedly undress each other...before Izzy momentarily pulls away. Though, this doesn't last for very long and she pulls Paul onto the bed.

Susan's
Dylan rushes in...to check on the roast dinner and sarcastically asks Stingray what the great idea was. Which of course, was for Stingray to stop his idiot brother from bashing that guy up. Dylan taunts him, saying he has gone soft, but Stinger replies he's just gone smart and Dylan should do the same.

Karl and Izzy's
Together in bed, Paul softly kisses Izzy's shoulder and asks whether she still feels guilty. Izzy doesn't reply, but panics when someone knocks. She hastily wraps the bed sheet around herself. Fortunately, it's only Carmella who has come to get back the clothes she lent Izzy. She walks into the bedroom...and gasps in surprise...at the rumpled covers. She immediately apologies for ruining her and Karl's evening back together.

Izzy grabs the clothes from her cupboard (where Paul ended up hiding) but before Carmella leaves - she admires "Karl's tie" laid on the bed.

Bishops'
After Lil helps David out with the crossword, he immediately, but tentatively asks Lil if she could behave...like a "normal wife" for the little lunch gathering David is throwing for his council friends. He'd just like if she'd be less outspoken...Lil responds she hasn't even agreed to cook for them yet! This causes David to panic a little as he'd promised his new friends a full Serbian meal - before realising she was only joking.

Karl and Izzy's
Whilst Paul dresses himself, Izzy sits in silence in her dressing gown. Paul is worried about Izzy, perhaps he should stay to keep her company...Izzy vocalises that as two intelligent adults, they should not play such a dangerous game. She asks Paul to leave and he obliges - only before giving her a goodbye kiss. Sighing, Izzy picks up the phone. Calling Karl, she expresses how much she needed to hear his voice.

Susan's
Stingray tries to explain to Dylan that Janelle didn't play favourites, she just showed it differently. Dylan's over that though - he just can't believe Stingray has turned into a soft marshmallow. Of course, in order to prove him wrong Stingray squirts some mustard straight into his mouth. Dylan follows suit and soon the boys are eating the condiments for breakfast!

Community Hall
Lil muses to Carmella she believes David doesn't want a real wife...but more of a cultural icon to show off. Carmella understands this, as she's been through it herself though she admits she sometimes get Connor to read poetry because she adores the accent. Paul enters, accidentally brushing into Lil. She tries to talk to him again, but he completely brushes her off. In their exchange, Carmella notices his tie...

She walks on up to Izzy and springs her secret - she knows Karl wasn't there last night and points to Paul and his tie! She can't believe it's Paul...but Izzy just freaks out and turns around. Seeing the damage, Carmella apologies - afterall, it's not the end of the world...yet anyway.

Bishops'
Around his Council mates, David talks up big financial business to them as Lil looks on, unimpressed. She herself is demonstrating to the women how she makes her cabbage rolls. David continues his big business anecdotes and Lil shoots him a disgusted look.

Carmella and Izzy make their coffees...Izzy moans she was lonely and frustrated when Karl wasn't there. If only he'd come back last night, this would never have happened! Carmella says it's not Karl's fault and besides, if it wouldn't have happened last night, it would have probably happened later...Izzy shoots her an unimpressed look, but silently agrees that it's true.

She asks Izzy if her "moment of grand passion" was worth it...and Izzy smiles, and nods. She does love Karl, but she could not help herself! Carmella shoots back that small children can't help themselves, but grown women can exercise self-control. As Izzy's friend, she promises she won't say anything, or judge her, but wants Izzy to wake up to herself. Izzy nods, and definitely says it was a once off and won't ever happen again - and she really does mean it.

Bishops'
David continues to show off about his experience in finance, but tells Ronnie Sharp since leaving, he's been able to focus on his real passion - as a Counsellor. Ronnie says his true passion is the stock market, the rush it brings! He lets David in on a little secret - Photonics...it's the next big thing and he's planning to throw some big money on it before the company gets bought up by a multinational one. David of course has heard all about Photonics and tosses him a knowing grin, he'll get his bank manager to have a look into it.

Lil plunks the plate of cabbage rolls down and it cuts to...Lil and David washing dishes. He tries to convince her to plunk down 2 grand into the investment, but her foot is down. They only have 2 grand bank left...and she doesn't want to blow it on such a gamble. She doesn't want them to lose everything like last time.

Paul's Office
Alone in their office, Izzy tells Paul last night was a once off. It will never happen again. Never ever ever...ever ever ever, finishes Paul. He tries to change her mind and Izzy is surprised he'd care about their fling ending. Paul disagrees, he finds her very attractive...yet likes her as she takes his mind off things. She gives him respite from other matters. They both grin, yet Izzy once again says it's over. Paul promises he'll stay silent, as what happened is their business. Izzy hesitantly lets Paul kiss her on the cheek.

Susan's
Dylan is annoyed he has to write a 1000 word response to a piece of poetry - but Stingray says it isn't really so bad...he answers the phone and it's about Audrey. She is held hostage at the dog pound and it will cost $140 to free her. Dylan is about ready to go find that stupid dog catcher, but is stopped. Stingray has a plan...a real one this time and Dylan cheers to The Timmin's Boys doing things their own way again.

Paul's Office
Paul's about to leave...but Lil comes in for a quick word. However, first of all she wonders if she has upset him. He seemed keen to avoid her yesterday and this morning. Paul apologies - he needs to stop his obsession...with his work. It seems to get in the way, including basic manners. Lil accepts and then hands him a folder with charity items. She has looked over the mentor-ship program and agrees it'd be the best investment. Paul gratefully thanks her and hopes that David appreciates her.

He notices she's a little down at this comment...and Lil finally acknowledges she's a bit worried about David. With his encouragement, she mentions how too trusting David is when it comes to business. There's this investment opportunity he was told about...and well, the last time this happened they lost everything. Paul realises what Lil wants him to do and agrees he'll look out after "our David".

Community Hall
Paul spots David and is about to walk over, when he stops Carmella. He wants to know what her problem is as she's giving the evil eye. Innocently, she responds she doesn't have a problem - but he'd better look out for his kneecaps. Unnerved, Paul wanders to David and orders them drinks. He notices he's brooding and David explains about the situation with Lil and Photonics business. Paul says there could be a way around it...he could lend him the money. Paul admits he doesn't know anything about Photonics, but as David seems to this is a win-win opportunity.

Dog Pound
A pair of gloved hands holding bolt cutters cut the fence and Dylan and Stingray quickly break and enter the premises. They finally find Audrey and are about to escape...but Stinger stops. They agrees they need to go back and release more dogs...make it looks like a dog liberation! Cut to a flurry of dogs running free and The Timmin's Boys scoot into the car. It seems it's home free, but a cop car lights up behind them...fortunately it just rushes past them.

Paul's Office
Like a cat, Paul strides into his office, unlocking a cabinet and pulls out a CD...a copy of the "Erinsborough Time Capsule" video. Izzy pops up on the screen.

Paul gleefully laughs.
