No. 24
Harold is on the phone to Svetlanka but hangs up when David and Lil come into the kitchen. He tells them that Svetlanka says hello but David is surprised that she said it. David and Harold start arguing about Svetlanka for what she did and suggests to Harold that he has a long hard look over where his loyalties lie.
The Community Hall
Paul asks Max if he's thought of names for the new bar, but the suggestions so far aren't acceptable. Max comments that Paul and Izzy have clicked and asks if he is interested in Izzy. Paul reminds Max that Izzy is already taken and why does he think so anyway. Max replies brother's intuition! Paul says she's with Karl so he won't start going after a lost cause, but Max isn't so sure given Izzy's prior history with men.
No. 32
Toadie is getting professional wrestling advice Miles, who wants to manage him. Toadie wants to know his previous experience and he rattles off a lot of wrestlers names. He asks Toadie if he wants to take wrestling seriously since Toadie has character that the people want, but first of all he wants to get Toadie into shape - by bulking up. Toadie is very happy at that prospect and picks Miles up and slams him into the couch.
No. 24
Paul is round for afternoon tea and whilst David is trying to thank him for his help regarding the environmental interviews he's eyeing up Lil. Eventually he turns to look at David and subtly enquires about how the council are going to vote over the building noise restriction that is ongoing. David isn't sure but Paul mentions that potential jobs are in jeopardy if developers pull out. He invites David to drinks with a fellow businessman (Tiger Hughes), who according to David practically built the suburb, and the local MP since they've dealt with the issue before and "might" be able to make things clearer for him.
Outside
Toadie is running eating chocolate bars at the same time.
No. 24
David is talking through the building noise restriction pros and cons with Lil as he has the deciding vote! Lil tells him to relax but David is worried about losing the contacts he has built up through Paul if he votes against it and also doesn't want the community to suffer too. Lil tells him to be strong and vote the way he thinks is right, regardless of Paul.
Lassiter's
David and Paul have finished their meeting and Paul wants to know what David thought it. David tells him that despite what he's heard, he is leaning towards voting with the residents. Paul isn't thrilled by this tries to get David to change his mind by mentioning jobs being lost through developers pulling out. David starts to feel guilty as Paul turns the heat up on him.
The Community Hall
Boyd wants advice from Krystal over the diet, as he isn't sure it is right for him but she says he is getting great results from it. He tells her about eating the cake and being sick and that he's worried about it. Krystal tries to say the cake was off, but Boyd tells her only he was sick, so she says it is because his body is in training and knows when it has something bad, hence him being sick and that it has happened to her. Boyd seems reassured it happened to her and she backs it up by telling him not to listen to outsiders as he has got a goal to achieve and to go for it.
Outside
Toadie is trying to run whilst still eating. He reaches his "target" and "celebrates" by throws his guts up. Lovely!
The Community Hall
Lou tells Max to stop apologising to him for blowing up at him yesterday when Lou answers Harold's phone since he isn't there. Lou takes the message, but before he can say anything, Max tells him he's enrolled in an anger management class. Max leaves and Harold comes in and Lou wonders what Harold was carrying. He tells him it's his luggage for a weekend away in Brisbane to see Scott & Charlene. Lou now tells Harold that the airline just rang to confirm his flight to Perth! Lou takes the Mickey out of him whilst Harold wishes the ground would open up and swallow him. Lou asks if David and Lil know about his visit to Svetlanka, Harold says no they don't, so Lou tells him not to get on the plane or he might not have a family to come home to.
No. 24
Lil is bringing Paul up to scratch with what she has been doing with her new job. Paul spots her glasses and enquires about them since he's never seen them before. Lil says they are reading glasses and Paul says that they suit her whilst smiling smugly.
The gym
Boyd notices someone pumping weights and is very impressed with what he sees, and he goes to ask Krystal who the guy is. She tells him it is Mo Gorman, who was built like Boyd not so long ago. Krystal introduce them and tells both of them that the gym is going to sponsor someone in the Junior body building competition, and it has come down to the pair of them (Mr Big Muscles v Mr Little Muscles). Before she moves away she tells them "may the best man (or should that be muscles) win." Boyd goes over to her and tells her he doesn't stand a chance but she tells him that if he wants it that badly and puts in the work he could get it. Boyd stares at Mr Big Muscles.
The Community Hall
Harold is on the phone giving Svetlanka the bad news that he isn't going to see her. Lou tells him he made the right decision, especially since he'd be going behind his families back. Harold isn't so sure and sympathises with them over what Svetlanka did.
LOU: If worse comes to worse, you've always go me. (Cue Lou's distinctive laugh).
The gym
Sky has come to meet Boyd and is admiring the gym and notices a piece of equipment. Boyd describes it then gives her a personal demonstration. Sky asks if they have a sauna and suggestively asks questions about it. Boyd replies that maybe they should check it out and Sky readily agrees.
No. 30
Toadie is back from his version of jogging. Miles asks how it went but Toadie tells him it's glad it is over but he comes through with a big pan, which Toadie doesn't think he will be able to eat. Miles gets Toadie to imagine himself in the ring but that unless he's got meat on his bones he will be useless. Toadie asks what it is and Miles tells him it is a high-carb noodle soup sumo style, and to tuck in.
No. 24
Lil is showing Paul the shortlist of potential charities but he tells her to choose one. Lil is shocked but Paul says he trusts her judgement and she knows a lot more than he does. David comes home grumpily and tells Paul he voted against with the residents against the developers and hopes he doesn't hold any hard feelings against him for voting like that. Paul tells him there isn't and he did what he thought was right and David can feel the weigh coming off his shoulders. Paul can't get out of the house quick enough telling Lil to pick the charity and that golf with David is now off.
The gym
Boyd and Sky are kissing in the sauna and clothes are just starting to be removed when Krystal comes in wanting to know what is going on. Quickly putting on his singlet, Boyd says "nothing" but Krystal doesn't exactly believe him. Boyd tries again with "showing Sky round the facilities" and Krystal hopes this isn't how he shows perspective clients around. Sky butts in with the "I'm his girlfriend, its okay." Krystal tells Sky she knows who she is but this isn't an appropriate time or place and wants a little chat with Boyd, alone. Sky leaves and Krystal enters the sauna telling him how disappointed she is with him and she is thinking twice about his suitability for the sponsorship now, and asks him for one good reason why she doesn't sack him now.
