Izzy telling Jack they're over - Susan discovers Karl drinking wine - Stu says his Life Mechanics meeting just felt right
Stu walks in with a group from Life Mechanics. He's telling them that his roots are humble. Stu goes up to the bar and Connor snaps at him asking him what he wants. Stu orders and Connor asks him why he didn't go and invade another pub. Stuart says he's not invading it's business and he tells Connor to drink the drinks over when they're ready. He hands Connor some money and tells him to keep and change and buy a new attitude. They sit down and a lady from the group (Natasha) asks Stu what Connor's problem is. Stu tells her he doesn't know who to drive himself and he's jealous as he represents everything Connor wants but is too timered to go after.
Karl is sitting on the couch eating chocolates. Susan comes home saying ‘Look at Lord muck” Susan comments about how long her meeting was. Karl asks her if she'd like some wine. He gets out two wineglasses. Susan stares at him looking worried.
Joe is watching the cricket with Oscar. Lyn is folding the washing (Oscars pink clothing). Joe is giving Oscar a running commentary on the game for Oscar. Jack is trying to Study and tells him to be quiet. Joe continues to whisper the commentary. Lyn turns the video off and puts in a video of the Bold and The Beautiful that Gino gave to her to send to Valda. Joe doesn't want to watch it but Lyn tells him not to worry and Oscar just likes it because it's colour and movement. Joe asks Lyn why Gino is still buying him pink clothes. Lyn says that most of his wardrobe is pink because they thought he was going to be a girl. Joe comments about it being Karl's fault and just once he would like to take Oscar out without people saying what a pretty little girl he is. Jack gets up saying he's going for a work to get some air and peace.
Stu is talking to the group about Life Mechanics. Toadie and Connor are at the bar watching him. Connor asks Toadie who Stuart thinks he is. Toadie says that Stu has lost the plot and he only came to the pub to rub our noses in it. Taj walks in and comments to Toadie and Connor if he knew Stuart has there he would of stayed at home. Toadie tells him he should of as he has his first exam tomorrow. Taj tells them he heard back from film school and he got in as long as he can get the grades. He says he's been studying for hours but nothing is sinking in. Toadie tells Taj he could sell his soul (points to Stu) to the devil over there. Taj says he's been there, done that. Taj & Toadie play pool. Stu tells everyone they've done really well and he'll see them at the next meeting. The group leaves. Natasha stays and thanks Stu and tells him how great he is. Stu says he has some motivation videos at his place if she wants to come and get them.
Jack walks in and says hi to Izzy he orders a coffee and tells her to cut the attitude. Izzy asks Jack how his studying is going as Lyn was in worried that his mind was being taken up by a girl.
Jack: Is that right. You'd better hope that I don't talk in my sleep then, wouldn't want to let slip about your secret affair with a little school boy now would we.
Izzy: Well I see we're playing that game are we? Well I suppose I shouldn't be surprised. You do redefine the word immature after all.
Jack: Well I seemed mature enough for you for a while there
Izzy: Any adult would practice a little discretion in the matter not some pathetic attempt at blackmail.
Jack: and perhaps the adult wouldn't be so paranoid about their reputation.
Izzy: Why don't you go fluff your feathers for Nina, I'm sure she's juvenile enough to fall for it.
Jack: and now who's calling the shots?
Izzy: Fine. Why don't you go off and tell the whole wide world about our glorious affair and we'll see who actually believes you.
Jack: Yeah, I might just do that
Karl and Susan are on the couch drinking wine. Karl is telling her a story about a chiwawa & a Doberman being “affectionate”. Susan says its good to have a laugh and it feels like old times. Karl says if it was old times they'd crack open another bottle of wine but now the few glasses he's had is enough. Karl tells Susan he's hoping for an early night. Susan says that's what got the Doberman in trouble. Susan tells Karl she loves him. Karl says he loves her too. Susan promises she'll never doubt him again and Karl says he'll never give her cause to. He says he's never going to lie to her again and especially over something as trivial as a few drinks.
Stuart is showing Natasha through the house. She says she's impressed. Stuart tells her a while ago it would have been a dream but it's now reality and Life Mechanics makes dreams realties. She thanks Stu for the videos and says it's getting late. He offers he a coffee and tells her she should seize her opportunities.

Lyn says at least he's in someone's good books. Karl asks her who's bad books he's in. Lyn tells him the chemist found a mistake on the last prescription he did for her. Karl apologises a few times and makes a joke about doctor's handwriting. He apologises again and Susan looks worried.
Natasha is in Stu's shirt and is making breakfast in the kitchen. Stuart comes in and tells her she's spoiling him. Stuart's mum calls and Natasha says she'll take a shower. Stuart tells his mum he's made it.
House of Trouser:
Joe is over putting some shelves up. Connor rushes up to him in a panic saying the TV isn't working. Toadie starts to panic too saying they had a day of watching TV planned. Joe asks them if they are serious. He reminds them he's putting up selves – in the wall – next to a light switch – with live wires. The boys go “oohhh”. Joe tells them the TV will work fine when the power is back on. Toadie asks him how long he's going to be. Joe says as long as it takes unless they want him to be zapped. Toadie makes a joke about flipping a coin for it. Joe isn't impressed. Toadie and Connor go into the lounge. Toadie says it's a classic House of Trouser day. Connor says it feels weird without Stuart there.

House of Trouser:
Toadie and Connor are watching the cricket and talking about Stu. Taodie says Stu thinks Life Mechanics is making him strong, Connor adds it's only making it week and it's all about money. Joe is listening. Toadie says they are better off without him. Joe tells them they should stop bagging him they should be helping him. He tells Toadie that when he was going to sue Stu and Stu still stuck by him. Connor tells Joe they have tried and he's a lost cause. Joe says where he came from you stuck by your mates.
Susan walks in and orders lunch from Izzy. Jack walks in and Susan asks him how he's exams went. Jack says ok and asks her how her weekend away was. Susan asks how he knows about it. Taj tells Jack about a mate of his who reckons he has a copy of the exam paper that was stolen from West Warratah and is selling them to whoever wants them. Jack asks Taj why they are still here when they can get the paper. He tells Taj the point of exams is to pass and they are never going to need the information again.
Karl is vacuuming and Susan walks in and turns it off. It scares Karl. Susan says he can talk about sneaking around and asks him why he was in the Pub when they were away. Karl says it was a café that was licensed and he was in the café section. Susan tells him to stop lying. Karl asks why he has to keep defending himself. He knocks over a scotch bottle and Susan goes to clean it up. Karl keeps telling her not to, as she will cut herself. Susan says, “This isn't scotch?”
