No. 28
Taj and Lori like the music being played and they begin to 'dance' but quickly stop as they see Susan come out of the bedroom. Susan collects the book she came out for and returns to her room as they resume 'dancing' with Taj doing some extremely (not) funky moves.
No. 32 (next day)
Summer drags a happy Max and Steph into the living room to tell them about the meal Lyn cooked and that they (The Hoylands) are going to go to the Scullys for Christmas lunch. A sullen Boyd joins them and Sum asks if they had a good time. Max gives the edited highlights but confirms that it was romantic. He then tries to chat with Boyd about the food but Boyd isn't very communicative and in not so many words, tells Max that he doesn't believe the story about the lost key which forced them to stay at the B&B overnight nor about the owner finding it and returned to him but Max is because it saved him $300!
The Coffee Shop
Lou enters the kitchen as Harold takes his frustrations over Gino out on a carrot and asks him how compromising with Gino is going. Harold tells Lou that compromising isn't in Gino's vocabulary and that things are getting impossible at home. Harold then confirms to him that Gino has to go and Lou takes great delight in winding him up over his less than tolerable attitude before thinking of how he can help his friend get rid of Gino when Harold asks for suggestions.
No. 28
Susan gives Lori the good news that she can sit her exams a bit later than the others due to the time off she has had since the accident. They talk about Taj and Lori describes him as the best before excitedly telling Susan that she is looking forward to going back to school.
No. 32
Sum and Steph talk about the celebrities in the magazine they are looking at as Boyd plays games on his console. Steph tries to make conversation with him but he blanks her. Sum asks Max if Steph can hang out with her while he goes to work and she jokes with him about the reason's for coming over to No. 32 before he steals a kiss from her. Boyd isn't at all impressed at seeing them kiss and is even less impressed when Max tells him to let Steph know his plans (he said he was going out) so that Summer isn't left in the house by herself.
Max leaves for work and Sum goes to get more magazines, so again Steph tries to be friendly with Boyd but he's having none of it but promises to be back in a couple of hours. Steph tries to apologies for not making it home due to losing the keys and Boyd says that he believes her but his expressions and body language would suggest otherwise.
No. 24
Gino makes tea for Harold and the visiting Lou. As they make small talk, Gino places Lou's cup and saucer on a coaster when he blatantly missed it. Gino then infuriates Harold when he too misses the coaster but instead of putting it on the coaster, he removes his cup and saucer to the kitchen! Harold pleads for suggestions on what to do from Lou but Lou wants to see if Gino is like this when Harold isn't around, cue Harold leaving the living room. Gino comes into the room and gets set to take Blanche and Stella for a walk but an annoyed Harold returns has a go at him for using his organic shampoo on the dogs!
Gino comes off the phone from telling Valda about her dogs and the shampoo he's found for them! He leaves to show the dogs to Valda and tells Harold he'll get more shampoo when he's out! With Gino out of the way, Harold moans to Lou about Gino and the shampoo but Lou changes the subject onto the periwinkle powder and tells Harold that a new supply will be in soon.
Lou gives Harold some more good news - he has a plan but it isn't for the feint-hearted! Harold is getting desperate, so he wants to know what Lou has planned.

Max arrives home to have a chat with Boyd. Boyd is again very surly when Max tries to talk to him, so he gets angry with Boyd over his attitude towards not just Steph but to him and Summer too. After a second or two, Max calmly tries asking Boyd to just talk to him about it before saying that he knows it is a bit of a shock to have his dad dating again but can he be happy for him. Boyd says that he is cool with it, which shocks Max, so Boyd repeats the he is fine with it. Max replies that Steph would him to be fine with it too. Boyd says that he likes Steph but that their relationship will take a bit of getting used to. Max accepts this and tells Boyd that Steph is coming over later and asks if he's cool with that, which Boyd replies that he is and asks if it is okay if he goes out. Max gives his permission as long as Boyd is back by teatime but as Boyd exit's the house, his face says that he isn't happy at the conversation he's just had with his dad.

No. 24
Harold is cooking the supper but Gino thinks that he is cooking the steak and sausages for the dogs until Harold points out that it is for them! Gino points out to Harold that he is a vegetarian and Harold explains that once in a while he likes his "red blood hit" and adds that Gino must get like that too. However, Gino tells Harold that he does not get that because he is a true vegetarian! Gino pleads with Harold to resist and offers to cook some nut cutlets for them. Harold rejects this offer and continues to cook the meat, so Gino tells him "that he won't say in a house where meat is consumed!" Harold picks up a sausage from the pan and Gino tells him that if he takes one bite then he'll be out the door - Harold hesitantly brings the sausage to his mouth.
No. 32
Steph brings through the popcorn as Summer sets up the monopoly board as she makes an excuse up for Boyd being awol. Max comes into the living room; surprised to see the monopoly board set up instead of the video they were going to watch (Lord of the rings). Steph explains that there waiting for Boyd to arrive home and she asks him when that is likely to be. Max informs them that Boyd just called and that Boyd is down at TCS with Daniel doing a last minute assignment. Steph accepts this reason but Summer is highly suspicious as they start the game.
Lou's Place
Susan tells Lou the good news - Karl is on his way home (he phoned her from Hawaii while stopping on route to Australia) and that Ben and Libby are due home too as she selects a bottle of wine. Lou gives her a bottle as Harold comes in laden with boxes. Lou asks how the plan went but the smile Harold has on his face should tell him! Susan notices the food in the boxes Harold came in with and wonders why he cooked it given that he is a vegetarian. Lou and Harold tell her of their plan to get Gino out of the house and Lou asks Harold how far he had to go. "All the way," replies Harold...with the only vegetarian sausage he cooked amongst the meat!
Talk then gets round to Stella and Blanche and Susan asks if the dogs can stay with Harold but he flatly refuses.
The Coffee Shop
Sum enters TCS to find Boyd there but no sign of Daniel. She has a go at him for not being at home to watch the movie and for hiding out at TCS. Boyd denies that, saying he was doing an assignment and says that Daniel just left when Summer questions him on why he isn't present. As Boyd tries to leave, Sum has a right go at him for his treatment of Steph and he says that he will be nice to her but Summer doesn't believe him.
SUMMER: If you spoil this, I'll never forgive you. I mean it Boyd; I'll never, ever forgive you.
Lassiters Complex
Lori slowly walks with the aid of her Zimmer frame towards the complex. Taj spots her and goes over to her, where she is thrilled to reach the complex, even if it did take her 20 minutes. Jack also goes over and offers his congratulations too and let's slip that they pair of them are helping to coach Summer's football team. Taj unfortunately has to leave and so can't join Lori for a coffee. Once Taj leaves, Jack tells her that he can see she has eyes for Taj. Lori rejects this because and tells Jack that she was in love with him and can't move on that quickly unlike him and adds that perhaps she never will have the same feelings for someone else like she did with him.
