Number 30
Stu's on the phone to Amanda, denying that there is anything between him and Flick. Dee's watching on while Toadie's running around quite loudly after Bob. Stu's sorry Amanda feels that there is something between them but she won't listen and hangs up. Dee's sorry, Toadie back in the room and tells him not to worry she's just a chick. Dee isn't too impressed, asking if he has a dog to wash. He gets up and calls for Bob while Stu and Dee talk about why Amanda broke up with him. Toadie answers the door; it's Max wanting to see Dee. He asks her to go over to the Hoylands, Boyd has had an accident.
Number 32
Boyd's lying on the couch watching TV. He whines when he sees Dee, saying he only banged his ankle. Dee has a look and it seems as though he might have just sprained it, he didn't hit his head so he should be okay. Max doesn't think Boyd should act like a hero but Boyd insists he's fine and stop fussing. Max will fuss because from what he saw it was a pretty bad fall and he's sorry he called out when he did. Dee says there is no broken bones and for max to keep an eye on him. Toadie does a random appearance, asking if everything is fine and when he's told it is, leaves. Max thanks Dee as she follows Toad.
Hair Salon
Lyn's working on some wig while Gino is on the phone to someone about the wigs and costumes. Gino assures the person on the end of the line that everything's under control. After he's done Lyn asks if he can handle the extra responsibility of set design. Gino thinks he will be fine, with Lyn as his trusty sidekick he can do anything! Lyn tries to talk to him about that but he has to go get some sketches to the builder.
Number 30
Stuey's playing darts, Dee asking him why he thinks Amanda got the impression about Stick™ (Stu and Flick). Stuey reckons it's an active imagination but Dee thinks Amanda was telling it as she saw it. Stuey don't think so though. Toadie interrupts, readsort of a magazine article about a doggie training school. He wants to send Bob, but at the cost of the school he thinks it would be easier to get a new dog. Stuey calls out that it would be easier and Dee thinks that would be right, Stuey just gives up. That he does do a lot! Stu thinks this is some lame excuse to get the topic back on his pathetic love life. Dee says that she knows the happy go lucky Stuey is in there somewhere, and nine times out of ten it's after he's seen Flick.
Coffee Shop
Harold serves Lyn lunch, her saying there are very few hours in the day. Gino has arrived telling Harold it's a debacle, real mess. Lyn says hi but Gino interrupts about the play again. She makes a suggestion and Gino rudely says it's a good thing Lyn and her lack of vision weren't around when they were building the pyramids. How rude! Harold suggests getting Joe to get his eye over the set design and suggest some cut backs. Also he's forgotten to get Gino to sign the reverends petition and hurries off to get it. Gino asks Lyn about it so she explains. Gino changes the topic to Joe, that he forgot he was a builder. Harold comes back with the petition and comments on the job Joe did on the salon. Well that's made up Gino's mind he's going to speak to Joe right away, and asks Lyn for his phone number. Lyn says she'll go home and have a quick word with him. Gino hurries off to do what hair salon/set designers do.
Number 32
Boydy is still watching TV (A skating show methinks) with Max watching on. Maxy asks why Boydy would want to go up and down ramps all day when he could be playing cricket with his mates. He thinks skating is for American kids. Max sits down next to Boyd and asks who in Australia has made a career out of skating. Boyd replies by going through a list. Max hasn't heard of any of them. Max doesn't think you could take this sport seriously but Boyd has a comeback for that; just because Max likes hitting a little red ball around doesn't mean Boyd has too. They cringe as someone stacks it.
Mechanics
Stiey's singing really, really badly along to the radio as he works underneath a car. Flick has snuck up, surprising him enough to get him to stop working and roll out. He apologises, saying he was having a sing-a-long. Erm we could tell Stu, and you aren't the next Robbie Williams. Flick thinks whatever gets him through the day helps and he admits he needs it, there is a backlog of jobs. Flick wonders if that means he can't have a coffee with her but he can. He has all the time in the world for his Flicky. As he's getting up he hands her a greasy tool so gives it back in a hurry and so he wipes her hand. Aww. He's about to tell her something when Steph interrupts (woo bring on Stuph!). Flick excuses herself and leaves the two that should get together alone. Steph asks if it's bad timing. Stu says it isn't, he just has to get back to the car.
Coffee Shop
Harold's getting more signatures for his petition when Max comes in to have the petition shoved in his face and gets asked what he wants. Max signs and says he wants some snacks for Boyd. He excuses himself and goes over to a table nearby that three teenage boys are. Max asks if this one particular dude is Adam and if training was good. After Adam replies he gets to the point, he wants him to talk to Boyd about cricket. Try and get Boyd on board. Adam agrees so Max leaves them alone.
Number 26
Joe is err dozing while rocking the baby doll in a pan and Lynnie comes in all loud so Joe tells her to be quiet. She asks why Michelle isn't looking after it and Joe replies that she had something dangerous to do; shoe shopping. Joe asks how her day was which wasn't too good, she mentions that his name came up and he immediately refuses. They run to the kitchen so they don't have to whisper even though I personally don't think babies can hear. Lyn explains about how Harold mentioned how good a builder he was and it would only be for consulting. There is no way Joe would get involved. Lyn has already told Gino that he would look at the plans. Joe stutters then using the baby as an excuse.
Number 30
Toadie's folding the laundry, talking to Bob. Dee arrives just in time to help fold the sheets. He asks how Libby is and Dee replies that she's okay, still going through Drew's stuff it's bringing her a sense of peace. Dee rummages around her bag saying Lib found some car part of Drew's that she used to tease him about all the time. She remember that Toadie also has a love of British cars so she thought he might like it. Dee hands it over to him. Toadie remembers that he gave it to Drew when he bought into it. Dee thinks that it's right that he should have it then.
Hair Salon
Harold's looking at Gino's picture, complimenting him on the cloud. Gino turns it around, it's actually a moat. Gino talks about how the castle is about the romance. Harold thinks it's a bit ambitious but Gino tells him that Joe is going to build it. Speaking of the devil, Joe's come in to talk to Gino. Unfortunately he can't get a word in because of Gino's and Harold's babbling thanking him for agreeing to build the castle. Harold takes a cue to leave so Joe can set him straight.
Mechanics
Stuph! That is, Stu and Steph are working together on a car. They've got it done, and Steph reckons they make a great team. I do too, and I bet Carly does. They head over to the next car and Stu opens the bonnet to get to work. Steph thinks that maybe they should pitch in together until Libby and Lou decide what to do with it. Stu reminds her they both have jobs but Steph's keen. She rambles on about how good it would be so Stu walks back into the garage, probably sick of listening to her because he doesn't reply when Steph calls him. She follows him to hear him on the phone to Lou, asking if Lou and Lib could have a meeting with them.
Number 32
Boyd's trying out his slick skate moves in the hallway and Max thinks he's had enough near death experiences for one day, putting chips in a bowl on the coffee table. Someone knocks at the, it's Adam. Boydy asks why he's there, not very politely, and Max invites him in. Max mentions that he's heard that Adam has made captain, puts the tellie on while continuing to talk to Adam about cricket. Oh yeah Maxy you can't half tell what your agenda is. Adam notices a famous cricket player, Bigsie on the tape Max has put on. Fact is Max played him and points himself out. Boyd is just standing in between them watching what's going on.
Number 26
Gino's going through the castle with Joe while Lyn watches in the background. Gino's describing how he wants it to look and Joe's trying to get a word it but can't. When Gino says he wants something backlit to portray the inner turmoil of King Arther Joe makes a suggestion that Gino loves. He picks up his mug of coffee, saying he knew Joe was the right man for the job. Gino takes it upon himself to toast to them sharing a vision.
Number 32 - Night
Max and Boyd have settled in front of the tellie with their dinner. After making small talk about Summer, Max apologises for putting pressure on Boyd to take up cricket. He knows Boyd is his own person and if cricket isn't his thing he understands. Max makes a promise to stop with the hard sell but Boyd's thinking of having another crack at it. After seeing Adam and Max watching that tape he wants to have another shot.
Number 32
Toadie's in the lounge room looking at the metal dealy that Libby gave to him. Dee comes in with some dinner for him and asks what they are watching. Toadie would rather talk to Dee anyway. He offers some of his dinner to her so she takes a pie. Toadie must like that because he tells her he loves her, and what do you know she loves him too. They kiss and Toadie asks if Dee finds it strange that Drew is gone. That you can be there one minute and gone the next. She does and Toadie says that it's made him realise that he's lucky to have her in his life. He wants to take their relationship to the next level. Whoa that came out of nowhere!
Lou's Place
Stu's playing darts again with Flick saying she never thought he was a frustrated rock star. Ha, ha is she serious? Stu asks who isn't but Flick says she isn't. He asks what does she fantasize about but she won't say because they are like wishes. She changes the subject asking if Lou's happy about Stu working there again (he is) and that she thinks he's doing the right thing by Libby too. She asks how he will cope, he replies that he's going to quit his job and Steph will be helping out. Stu thinks Steph needs a mate right now and Flick tells him that she has one in him. Yeah but some of us want more... more!!! Ahem. Stu just smiles at her.
Number 30
Dee asks what he means, not to keep her in suspense. Well... he just thinks it's the next logical step. He realises he isn't making sense so Dee asks him to continue. He thinks that as a gesture of their love and commitment that they should... you know... commit. Believe it or not she does too. He thinks that's great and immediately asks when. She aks when does he think. He thinks tomorrow, it would be great for Stu took. Oh no not a kinky threesome. She's a bit confused and finally Toadie says it's them sharing a room. Ah now she gets the idea, thinking that it will make things more comfy for Stu. The get back to hugging and just before the show ends Toadie says he got her.
