Rosie shocked to hear that Lou is selling the pub.
Tahnee unimpressed with Connor's kiss and pashing him instead.
Connor is unimpressed with Tahnee pashing him and reminds her he is dating Michelle. This isn't making any difference to her, so he threatens to tell Michelle what she has done and she retaliates that she'll tell Michelle about him. In the end they agree to keep each other's secrets…but they haven't counted on being seen as Joe spots them when he passes in his Ute.
The Coffee Shop
Lyn isn't impressed at Harold's ‘wedding' cup cakes and he finally twigs as to why and quickly apologises and offers her a coffee instead. Joe arrives and they decide to head to the pub instead.
Sum decides to check herself out before cycling into the garage. She tries to subtly get Drew's attention but that doesn't work so she rings the bell on her bike and that works but he bashes his head off the car he's been working on but doesn't pay her much attention so she cycles off.
Joe shows Lyn the raffle tickets he's bought from one of the stalls and the top prize is an all inclusive night at Lassiter's. Lyn looks impressed and her ears pick up when Joe mentions that the rumour going around is that the food poisoning is down to Harold. More ‘brides' invade the pub where Lyn thought they were safe so she decides it is a pizza at home instead.
The Coffee Shop
Lou is blabbering on about golf to Harold who doesn't look at all interested including Lou's offer of getting him a membership. Rosie calls in to return the trays she borrowed and isn't impressed at Lou's golf tales either.
Sum decides to take her chain off her bike to get Drew to help her. She thinks it is going to take *ages* to fix but Drew has it sorted in two seconds flat, which isn't in her plan at all! She seems content though when Drew answers her question.
Michelle is moaning at the pizza toppings but Joe tells her it was Lyn's choice. Lyn is impressed at the gift Tahnee has given Michelle (an inscribed book) and Connor can't leave the room quick enough. Joe follows him into the kitchen and tells him that he saw him with Tahnee at the lake and subtly mentions he can talk to him if he needs to get anything off his chest. Connor denies there is anything to say but realises that Joe has marked his cards.
No. 26 (later on)
Connor is trying to ignore Michelle showing him what Tahnee wrote in the book in favour of what is on the TV. He gets some relief though when the phone rings – its Gino for Lyn. She isn't pleased with the call as it's a request do to a demo at the bridal fair and to find three mugs willing to be bridesmaids. Joe volunteers because he thinks it is less painful than getting his legs waxed but Lyn tells him he isn't quite bridesmaid material! Connor volunteers Michelle but Lyn has ruled her out due to school commitments but Michelle pipes up and says she can help as it is only cross-country running she is missing. Lyn is grateful and even more so when Michelle says she will rope Tahnee in too, although Connor isn't jumping for joy at that one, and the new girl (Nina) in her class.
Harold comes out to moan at Lou for having the TV up loud at 11pm! Lou invites him to watch the film but Harold reminds him he is working tomorrow and reminds him that he is still the owner of the pub.
No. 24 (next day)
Harold shouts at Lou to answer the phone but he's still out for the count so Harold isn't amused when he is forced to answer the phone once he's found it that is underneath the rubbish Lou has created. We don't know who the caller is bar Harold hasn't got enough free time to do whatever the caller is asking for so he passes the phone to a groggy Lou who he has to wake up.
Sum makes another attempt to try and get Drew's attention and gives him two cup cakes as a thank you for sorting her bike chain the other day. He thanks her and promises he'll have it for tea as he is really busy. Sum volunteers to stay and help but he sends her off to school…so she feigns a fainting spell but Drew is so busy he doesn't notice her so she picks herself up and goes off on her merry way.
Lyn finishes Michelle's hair as part of the bridal fair and while Lyn rattles on, Tahnee gushes with the compliments. Next up is Nina and she looks very hesitant getting into the chair, so much so that she bolts saying she isn't well.
Michelle is moaning to Tahnee for leaving Lyn high and dry at the bridal fair when Joe and Connor appear. Michelle tells them about Nina bolting as Nina listens from the classroom.
Sum has now followed Drew home and tries to get out of going to school by volunteering to babysit but Drew is having none of it, so she threatens to faint again but Drew is smart and suggests calling Rosie. Two seconds later, Summer faints and he rushes to her and picks her up. While he is looking for his car keys, she miraculously comes round and asks him not to put her down because she feels better in his arms before thanking him for saving her life…again.
So that was what the phonecall was about – Lou has been roped into selling raffle tickets on behalf of the church. He asks Rosie to buy one but she is reluctant because she is never successful but he replies that her luck may change! Lyn approaches her to see if she will volunteer as a hair model to represent mother of the bride! Lou traps her into helping by getting the audience to cheer her on.
Drew checks on how Summer is recovering and she thinks some ice-cream will help. He goes to phone Rosie but Summer stops him because she thinks some more rest will do, so he agrees but if she faints again then he'll take her to the hospital…adding that they will be able to tell the difference between someone genuinely needing rest and someone who is faking it. I think Sum realises the game is up and replies that she doesn't think it will happen again and doesn't moan when Drew says he'll drop her off at school.
Connor thinks Michelle is giving him the cold treatment and asks her to stop as she is being rude. Tahnee calls round for Michelle before heading to school and while Michelle is getting her jumper, Tahnee sarcastically tells him that it is nice that she is becoming friends with Michelle.
Lyn finishes doing Rosie's hairstyle and Lou announces he is about to do the raffle and would you credit it whose name he has pulled from the hat – yes you've guessed it Rosie's! Lou announces what she's won and when she goes over to see him, he cheekily says when he is free and that he knew it would be her lucky day. Rosie tells Lou that if he had a hand in he winning, hoping she wouldn't mind then he is sorely mistaken.
