Libby getting locked in the barn.
Woody turning up at No. 26 and Mitch telling him to stay away from Steph.
Drew winning the Oakey Rodeo.
Libby having contractions.
Rodeo
Ron has just collected his winnings when he and Karl meet up with Drew and Stu. They discuss the money Scottie lost betting on the rodeo. Stuart wants to talk about the job at the garage when they suddenly wonder where Libby has go to.
Barn
Libby is having contractions, so she tries to ring Karl on his mobile but it is going straight to voicemail, so she phones Susan instead. However, it is a bad line and the connection fails.
No. 28
Susan asks Ellie if she has enough room for her things in her room, but she doesn't know, as she hasn't unpacked yet! Ellie heads off to her room and Darcy wonders when Liz will tell Ellie she isn't coming back for her. Susan tells him that she thinks that Liz assumes that she will tell Ellie instead.
No. 26
Lyn arrives home from seeing her parents and Steph greets her at the door. She can sense that something has happened so she starts to worry. Steph reassures her that she is all right, but she has something to tell her. Again, Lyn begins to panic and wants to know what is wrong. Steph asks her not to freak out and to keep an open mind before telling Woody to come into the livingroom (he's been hiding in the kitchen). Lyn is stunned.
No. 28
Darcy is volunteering to tell Ellie but Susan says no, so he leaves and Susan tells Ellie that she's got something to tell her.
Barn/No. 28/Rodeo
Libby is trying to attract some attention by banging on the door but nobody can hear her. Tearfully she phones Susan again. It is still a bad line, however she manages to tell Susan to make contact with Ron or Rose. Susan wants details but all Libby can say is that she thinks she is in labour. Susan tries a number but again it goes straight to voicemail.
The men are chatting when Ron's mobile rings. He thinks its Rose until Susan points him straight asking for Karl. When Karl gets the phone he starts to talk about Drew's performance but Susan quickly tells him that Libby is in trouble and explains the details (he in turn tells the men). Karl wants details of where Libby is, so Susan talks to her on the landline (she's talking to Karl via a mobile). Libby gives some clues before another contraction his her and she lets the phone fall to the ground. Susan relays the information Libby told her and Ron leads them to where Lib is.
No. 26
Woody is bringing Lyn up to speed on what has happened. Lyn wants to know why he didn't make contact with Steph earlier, so he explains that he was scared to do so and mentions putting the money into Steph's bank account. Lyn asks if he's made contact with his mum yet - he hasn't as she is ill and hospital and Woody doesn't to shock her. Woody tells her that when he was away, he spent every moment thinking about the hurt he caused Steph but after the reception he is getting, thinks that he should have left everyone to forget about him.
Barn
The men have worked out where Libby is and enter the stable. Karl goes to check on her and Libby tells him about the contractions - really strong and close together. Ron goes to get the ambulance crew but Karl explains that Libby will actually need an air ambulance as she will need a caesarean section. Karl tells Susan that Libby is fine and that she'll be okay. Susan wants to talk to her but Karl tells her that he has to arrange the air ambulance. Drew asks Libby if she is okay, and she replies yes now that he is there.
Rodeo
Libby is being loaded into the air ambulance still having contractions. As Karl and Drew get ready to board, Ron wishes Drew well before Karl asks him to let Susan know what is happening. The helicopter takes off with them all aboard.
No. 28
Ron calls to let Susan know what is happening. Ellie wants to know if she's had the baby yet and Susan says no before telling her that she'll drop her off on the way to the hospital but Ellie says she'd rather stay put. Stressed out Susan tells her she is going to be dropped off at TCS to wait for Darcy.
No. 26
Lyn gives Steph and Woody the good news - Joe has just arrived home! Steph asks her to warn him first and as she goes, Steph is panicking but Woody is rather blaze about it. Right on cue, angry and shocked Joe arrives inside the house. Lyn tries to calm him down despite his insistence that he has calmed down. Joe wants to know details, so Woody explains that the body was Barry Burke's and that he ran to protect Steph. Joe now wants to know what the police are saying about his re-incarnation, and Woody replies that they know. Still irate Joe comments that its nice someone knew. Woody wants them all to her him out but Lyn calls a halt until everyone, well Joe, calms down.
Hospital
Ellie and Darcy have arrived to see if Libby has arrived at the hospital yet. Susan says no and as Ellie is conveniently sent to get refreshments, she tells Darcy that she hasn't spoken to Ellie yet about her mum so Darcy volunteers to do so instead. And, as quick as you can say Neighbours, Libby arrives in Erinsborough Hospital, Victoria having been flown in labour from Oakey, Queensland!
Susan wants to talk to her but she is taken straight through to assess her for surgery. Karl assures Susan that he made it in time as the Obstetrician arrives too.
No. 26
Woody is wondering why he came back following his no so welcome return, thinking that at least Steph would be happy. She says she is, but Woody picks up that it doesn't sound like it so Steph tells him that she's been through a lot. Woody picks up on Mitch's presence, and she assures him he is just mate like he is to him, but Woody tells her that Mitch is just a bloke he knows and reminds her that Mitch isn't a saint. Steph says she knows that, but Woody isn't so sure, so Steph tells him that she could speak to Mitch about him, since Mitch knew him. Sarcastically, he asks her to be happy that he is alive and Steph says she is. Woody offers to go get them some food as a way of calming the situation down.
WOODY: Steph, what do you want me to do?
STEPH: I don't know Woody. Make it all better?
Hospital
Everyone is still worried about Libby, so Darcy volunteers to take Ellie home and to have "the chat" with her. Suddenly Drew is taken into Libby's room - they can't do the caesarean section, as they've run out of time!
Drew supports Libby whilst she gives birth to a boy. The baby cries and Drew and Libby are overcome with emotion.
LIBBY: I did it.
DREW: You did.
LIBBY: Oh Dad.
DREW: Mum.
Libby begins to panic when the baby is taken away to intensive care but the Obstetrician reassures them.
No. 28
It's time for "the chat", but they chat first about Libby until he brings up the subject of asking her if her mum has called yet, but Ellie says she hasn't, as she has probably been busy. Darcy is trying to find out when she is likely to phone but Ellie is being non-persuasive, so he comes out and asks her directly about how long she's going to be saying. Again, Ellie is refusing to answer the question directly, so he breaks the news to her that her mum is going to be away for 6 months at least. Ellie isn't taking the news in, so he bluntly tells her that her mum has left her with Susan and hasn't called because she feels guilty. The penny has dropped as Ellie is now paying attention but accuses Darcy of lying to her. Darcy reassures her that it is the truth and Ellie replies that her mum wouldn't leave her here.
No. 26
Lyn tells Steph that Woody has returned and she passes him on the way out, as she is off to collect Michelle. They enter the kitchen to have coffee and Woody tells her that there is a way to make it all better, so Steph says she's listening. He tells her that he could go back to Canungra, and Steph asks if that is what he wants. Woody tells her that he has a job and a house up there and he likes the serenity that it gives him. Steph says it is what they dreamed about.
WOODY: Yeah, now there's nothing and no one to stop me going back. Or you, if you remember you still love me.
STEPH: I haven't forgotten how I felt.
WOODY: Then marry me and I promise to you Steph I'll make all our dreams come true.
Steph looks shocked at Woody's proposal.
Hospital
Libby is asking to see the baby and Drew says soon. She asks for her parents and he says they are outside. He asks the Obstetrician if they can come in and she says yes but only for a minute, so Drew signals for them to come in. Susan and Karl enter and Libby proudly says the baby was a boy. Karl hugs Drew but suddenly the heart rate monitor starts beeping and the medical staff begin to worry. Karl picks up on their concern, especially when blood is ordered and theatre is mentioned. The monitor bleeps again and the display shows that there is no heartbeat. All the visitors are ordered out as they prepare to resuscitate Libby, concerned that they are losing Libby. Drew hears this and panics and as they begin the resuscitation, Drew is escorted out and into the corridor.
Corridor
Karl and Susan pounce on Drew as he comes out of the room wanting news but he can't give them any and Susan starts sobbing.
Libby's room
The medical team are frantically working on Libby trying to revive her. They try to shock her but there is still no response on the heart rate monitor.
