Recap
Flick fancies the postman.
Toadie tells Lance that Dione warned Steph off Max.
Michelle asks Tess is someone can do a bad thing but still be a good person. Tess tells her it's a hard decision to decide whether to still be friends with that person.
Ramsay Street
Flick is sealing up a letter ready to give to the postman. Paul and Tad try to distract her. Postman Pete comes up and Flick gives him a get well card because he was sick the day before. She tells him about the letter asking her to meet him at the Coffee Shop but she doesn't know what she's talking about. She realises that something strange has been going on. Flick excuses herself and goes off to "kil someone".
Outside Damien's house
Michelle knocks on the door uncertainly. Damien answers.
Inside Damien's house
Michelle is a bit uncertain with Damien and he asks her if she's OK. She tells him about the newspaper and says that she knows about the accident. And now she knows that he went to jail over it. She says she's confused. Damien says she's not obliged to visit him.
No.30
Dione is looking for the entertainment section of the newspaper. Joel asks if she'll take Max out while he's away on a field trip.
Lance comes in and asks if they're coming to the election debate at Uni that afternoon. Toadie says it'll be a showdown - he'll come face to face with his nemesis, Sandy Swimmer. Lance says he doesn't really care about Sandy Swimmer anymore.
Damien's house
Damien is telling Michelle about the accident. He says prison was somewhere to hide from what he'd done (accidentally killed his wife and child), now he's out it's much harder. Michelle says he spends all his time alone, so it's like still being in prison for him.
School
Flick comes in late to Tess' class. She whispers to Tad and Paul that she knows they set her up and she'll never forgive them for it.
(Later)
At the end of class, Tess asks Flick what's going on. She tells her not to be late again.
Outside the classroom, Tad and Paul say it was just a joke, but Flick says they betrayed her. She tells them to stay away from her from now on.
The Coffee Shop
Lance tells Tess about the debate with Sandy Swimmer and asks her to coach him. She agrees to meet him after work as long as there's a strong coffee and a chocolate cake waiting for her.
At a table, Tad tells Paul that Flick will get over things. Postie Pete comes in and says he's been looking for them.
The Pub
Lou is showing Joel and Toadie some kids toys he is trying to sell. Joel is fed up over Max. He tells Toadie that Max will make a move on Dione as soon as he leaves town. Toadie tells him to get in first. Joel says he knows Toadie is hiding something, so he tells him that he overheard Dione and Steph talking. He says he heard Dione telling Steph to keep away from Max.
The Coffee Shop
Postie Pete is telling Tad and Paul off loudly. Tad says that Flick is a really shy girl and they were trying to help her. But Postie Pete isn't having any of it. He tells them they didn't think at all and then storms out.
HAROLD: Um...wasn't that our Postie?
TAD: Yeah.
HAROLD: I didn't know you knew him!
School
Michelle is telling Flick about her talk with Damien. She says she'll keep going round there. Flick thinks she's doing the right thing.
Tad and Paul come up and try to apologise to Flick.
FLICK: You guys are scum.
The Coffee Shop
Harold asks Tess how Tad and Paul are doing at school. He's surprised that they've been arguing with the postman.
Toadie comes in and tells Lance about his conversation with Joel. Lance rolls his eyes, but he's got bigger things on his mind, namely his debate. Toadie and Tess start coaching him.
Dione comes in as they are leaving and then so does Joel. He tells Dione that they need to talk.
Scullys
Postie Pete comes round to see Flick. She apologises for all that's happened. Postie Pete asks if he can come in for a minute.
The Coffee Shop
Joel tells Dione about his conversation with Toadie about Max. Dione is confused. Joel says if she likes Max she should just say so. Dione says she only warned Steph off because Max is a git. She is mad with Joel over honesty and trust. Joel is contrite. Dione finally tells him that she's not really angry with him, even though she should be. She says Joel is a dag!
Scullys
Postie Pete tells Flick that Tad and Paul are drop-kicks and they shouldn't have behaved like that. He asks Flick to join his women's soccer team.
Bishops
Madge is looking for a recipe for Coconut Kisses. Harold isn't very happy and admits that he thinks the boys are up to something and it involves the postman. He wonders if they've been tampering with the mail. Madge tells him not to jump to conclusions. Harold goes over to the Scullys to ask Flick about it. Madge tells him that Flick won't dob and it will all blow over if it isn't serious.
Uni FM
Lance, Tess and Toadie have arrived at the debate. Lance is looking forward to seeing who Sandy Swimmer is. Tuong takes the microphone and introduces the debate. He calls Lace up. Then he calls up Sandy Swimmer. We don't see who it is, but Lance's face is one of shock.
