Amy telling Lance they should do something to let people know they aren't together.
Lou's Place
Amy and Joel are having their thank you meal and he wants to know how she is fixed man wise at the moment, just as Lance comes into the pub and passes their table. Lance and Amy start having a spate with each other in front of Joel before he leaves. Toadie comes over as Amy heads off to the toilet and Joel tells him he's in with a chance of going out with Amy.
The Coffee Shop
Madge and Harold are locking up and he wonders why she's locked the door since they are both still there. He tells her to go home for an early night but she says no as she is more restless at night when she knows she has locked everything up herself.
No. 26
Phil and Ruth talk about what Karl went through and Ruth hopes that Karl and Susan reunite before they leave for Darwin.
Lou's Place
Lance comes back in and makes another snide remark at Joel and Amy, and Joel wonders why he's returned. Amy goes to the bar to get some drinks and has another argument with Lance, but this time it does seem like a real argument not like the pretend one of earlier.
No. 26
Hannah has joined Phil and Ruth to discuss schooling in Darwin. She seems to have changed her tune, which puzzles Phil, and he wonders what she is up to.
No. 24
Paul and Tad are discussing their BMX video when Madge and Harold return home. Tad puts on a CD but forgets to turn the sound down first, so it is rather loud which startles Madge and she drops the pans she is holding.
Lou's Place
Lance is refusing to talk to Toadie about his jealousy of Joel and Amy, so Toadie tells him that since Joel is a fast mover he had better do something about Amy if he wants her back.
Ramsay Street
A relieved Karl comes out to collect the morning newspaper passing a bleating Cassie the sheep.
No. 24
Madge is explaining the security system to Harold and next on her shopping list is bars for the window, which doesn't please Harold. Tad comes out singing a Grease Monkey ditto, which Madge & Harold overhear. They want an explanation and a quick thinking Tad says it is for a school performance, and of course they want to hear the rest of the song. Thinking quick again, he tells them to wait until he perfects it before performing it to an audience.
No. 26
Karl is getting ribbed about his adventures in the bush when Hannah enters the kitchen. He asks if she is looking forward to moving to Darwin and she replies that she is going to make the most of it before leaving. Lance now decides he wants to move to Darwin, which surprises but pleases Ruth.
No. 24
Tad is putting his Grease Monkey uniform into his bag just as Madge & Harold enter the livingroom. When Madge asks what it is, quick thinking Tad says it's his costume for the school play, which of course is news to them. Puzzled Madge wonders why he's rehearsing since it is the holidays so again thinking quickly he replies that they don't want the pupils to forget anything just as Hannah calls round and of course she gets asked if she is in the school play too.
Ramsay Street
Tad is thanking Paul and Hannah for backing him up with Madge and Harold. Hannah asks if there are any vacancies at Grease Monkey's so she can support herself when Phil and Ruth leave for Darwin.

As they leave Amy comes into the street and heads for No. 30 with Lance spying on her every move by hiding behind bushes and latterly climbing up a tree for a better view.
No. 30
Amy gives Joel his costume that her mum has repaired. He offers her his undying love if she agrees to move into No. 30 to help pay the bills, which of course she knocks back. He asks her instead to go with him to his audition but she turns him down.
Ramsay Street
Amy exits No. 30 and spots Lance up the tree and asks if he was spying on her. When she doesn't believe the excuse he gives her, she starts having a go at him. Lance wants to "discuss" what happened in the pub with Joel the previous night but Amy refuses to discuss it any more in the open, especially as Lance is still up the tree!
No. 26
Lance and Amy enter to continue their discussion as Phil and Ruth are leaving. Sarcastically they suggest to them to feel free to break a few things since it means less to pack for Darwin! Lance tells Amy they should just tell everyone they are back together and as he goes to kiss her, she tells him she's not sure any more especially if her boyfriend is going to spy on her.
The Coffee Shop
Hannah now wants Tad to put in a good word for her at Grease Monkey's, so she can get the job she's just applied for. Paul is downbeat about her working there because TCS is suffering. To compound it, Madge comes over and thanks them for remaining loyal and Paul just looks at Tad and Hannah.
Lou's Place
Toadie is trying to get a free holiday out of Ruth and Phil when they move. When he leaves Phil tells Ruth he is so looking forward to moving but Ruth seems less enthusiastic which Phil picks up on.
The Coffee Shop
Harold is moaning about the latest promo Grease Monkey's is running and heads off to tell the manager personally.
Grease Monkey's
Paul and Hannah are eating food and Tad is working, when Harold spots them from the door.
No. 30
Amy has called round feeling a bit down. To cheer her up, Joel again invites her to the audition and this time she agrees. Joel tells her that he likes her more than a friend and leans in to kiss her and they end up pashing.
