Surgery
Sarah is tidying up when Toadie comes in. He hints about how broke Sarah is and then gives her some chocolates.
SARAH: All right. What are you up to?
Toadie tells Sarah how financially destitute she is and he could move in with her and play rent. He confesses that he's left Lou's because he can't stand living with Darren - Libby is a mate and he hates cheats. Sarah says she'll think about it.

NO.22
Carol comes around to see Lou. He's quite surprised to see her but invites her in and offers her a coffee. Lou asks her what went wrong on her date and she admits that she didn't like Lou constantly talking about Cheryl. Lou explains that he thinks about Cheryl a lot, but life has to go on. He wasn't here when Cheryl died and he feels rather guilty about it. But Carol doesn't need to feel threatened by a memory - he's all about looking to the future.
School
Paul wants to make a documentary about Ramsay Street - but of private moments. Hannah tells him he can't film people in the shower and won't have anything to do with it. She decides to make her own documentary and Paul stomps off.
No.28
There's a knock at the door and it's Toadie. Billy answers.
BILLY: What did you bother knocking for?
TOADIE: Well, I don't live here, do I.
BILLY: Doesn't usually stop you!
Libby is there and Toadie looks at her with trepidation. He tells her he's looking really good today. She asks him what he wants and he admits that he does need a favour - he needs a reference for Sarah to take him on as a housemate. Libby can't think of any good things that Toadie did while they were living together(!) Toadie explains that he doesn't want to live with Darren, because of him hurting Shannon. She agrees to talk to Sarah on Toadie's behalf.
Swimming Pool
A bloke called Josh is having trouble with his training and the coach hopes that the younger members will make up for it. The coach introduces Geoff who is apparently a ex-Commonwealth games competitor.
Ramsay Street
Libby is telling Sarah that Toadie is quite fun to live with. Toadie comes in and looks worried, but Sarah says he can move in, but not until she's spoken to Ben and Caitlin about it.
Ramsay Street
Hannah is filming Phil and Lou about Ramsay Street. They are a bit boring at first, but they start to warm up and regale incidents in Ramsay Street life. Paul watches from the balcony of No.24 and rolls his eyes.
No.22
Darren suggests that he and Libby walk to the park, but she is rather down. She can't understand why Toadie and Lou are finding it harder to forgive Darren than she is. Darren says that Toadie was just interested in Shannon.
DARREN: It's over now, I thought we agreed.
LIBBY: Maybe it's not. Not when I can't stop thinking about it. And people can't stop talking about it.
DARREN: Don't listen to other people.
LIBBY: I'm not! This has got nothing to do with anyone else, I'm just trying to work this out within myself and I just don't know if I've done the right thing.
DARREN: The right thing on what? ...You changed your mind, is that it? Do you really want us to break up over this?
Swimming Pool
Geoff admires Caitlin's swimming stroke and Josh says that she's good, and also very keen. Geoff thinks Josh should be concentrating on his own swimming more than Caitlin's.
No.22
DARREN: I don't know how many times I can say this, it was just an accident.
LIBBY: Darren, a car crash is an accident, two people kissing is a bit more pre-meditation about it.
DARREN: This didn't! I barely knew her. I don't know what to say...I wish I could take it back, I do. I'm never going to see her again, she's nothing, I didn't even say goodbye to her.
Libby thinks Darren has treated Shannon like dirt. Darren wishes that this could all go away.
DARREN: I'll make you trust me again.
LIBBY: How?
DARREN: I don't know. I can't possibly love you any more than I already do. I just don't want you to give up on us. I've thought about breaking up. What we've got is just too special. Say something.
He kisses her.
No.24
Paul is playing back his video footage of Darren kissing Shannon. Hannah pops around to borrow an extra videotape. They bicker about whose tape is better and Paul says he's got some pretty scandalous stuff. He won't show Hannah though, in case she copies his approach.
Coffee Shop
Toadie brings Caitlin and Josh some free sandwiches, much to their surprise. Then he asks her in a roundabout way if she minds him moving into No.30. But she already knows about it and doesn't mind Toadie moving in. Toadie is stoked and says he'll move in this afternoon!
When Toadie has gone, Caitlin asks Josh if Geoff has found out that he has faked his injury - he doesn't think so. She asks if Geoff mentioned her, but Josh lies and says he didn't.
No.32
Caitlin tells Geoff that she and Josh weren't quite in top form today. Geoff tells Caitlin that she's got an excellent swimming stroke. But he also thinks she is missing a certain something that he's seem in champions - a certain edge. Caitlin looks downcast.
