ANNE: Look at you - you're so transparent! You're nuts about the guy!
Bishops

He says that at the shelter there were loads of guys whose lives had been ruined by gambling. Madge laughs and Harold admits that it's because he sucks at cards(!) ANNE: You guys should just go for it. You *are* old!

Anne tells Lance that she might go and see if Billy wants to hang out for a while - that's if Lance hasn't wrecked things between them.

BILLY: I wish he'd get out of my face and back to the bush forever!
Lou's
The card game is in full swing. Harold thinks he's starting to get the hang of the game, but he's still not sure if they won the last game or not!

HAROLD: Sit down. I'll get you something to relax you. Something herbal.
MADGE: A herbal brandy, and make it a double!
Harold says it was meant to be a friendly game - to ease tensions, not cause them! Harold says he'll go and apologise to Marlene but Madge won't let him. Harold says that he's not having Madge arguing with Marlene - she's always telling him off about his fights with Lou. He makes her promise not to go and see Marlene.
MADGE: I still want that brandy!
Kennedys
Anne is just off home. Billy and Toadie are still sulking with each other. Toadie says he's going to Colac - on his own. He doesn't need Billy to come with him.
