Cody, Michael, Danni and Brett have been evicted from the garage by Doug. They see Rick walking slowly up Ramsay Street and Cody suggests that Rick could join the band - he needs something to take his mind off his breakup with Sally.

Cody goes over to Rick and asks him how he is.

Mark apologies for kissing Katarina as he "doesn't want her to get the wrong idea". He doesn't want to cheat on Annalise.

MARK: Look, I've been a bit of a mess lately. What with Annalise, my job, my parents...look, what just happened then was a reaction to all that, OK? If you thought it was more, I'm sorry, but it wasn't.
KATARINA: Mark, forget it. A kiss between friends is not major disloyalty. I've been having a great time.
MARK: Same here.
KATARINA: But I am starving, and if you think you can kick me out before I've had any of this lovely pasta...
MARK: Course you can stay. But just friends?
KATARINA: Good friends. Now stop being so guilt- ridden and make our salad!
MARK: Absolument, mademoiselle.

(Later)

Rick, Mark and Katarina are enjoying their dinner. Rick is surprised to hear that Katarina has spent the entire day with Mark. She decides to head off.

An Irish celebrant (Jim) is telling Cheryl and Lou how important and solemn marriage is. Apparently Jim is an ex- priest (he intimates he was kicked out for not being celebate!)

Brett comes in. Jim takes interest in Brett's band and suggests that Brett plays the wedding march for Cheryl's wedding on his keyboard! Their faces are a picture.

Rick asks Mark if there's something going on with Katarina. Mark insists there's nothing going on. Rick says Annalise is probably cheating on him as he speaks(!) (he's very down about women in general)

RICK: I've learnt my lesson. Don't trust women! They're all schemers, including Katarina, just watch your back, OK?

No.24, the following morning
Cheryl and Jim are laughing about the latest celebrant - definitely unsuitable.

Cheryl moans at Danni for being out late on a school night.

Lou says he's got an idea about the wedding - he'll let them know this afternoon. Cheryl tells Danni she won't be home until late and Danni looks pleased.

Mark tells Rick that he's quit his job. He tells him he might join Annalise at the Coffee Shop as a partnership. Rick starts going on about Katarina again and Mark is very defensive.

RICK: She's been chasing you since Day 1! And as far as I can see, you're not running as fast as you used to.

Storage unit
Doug and Lou are checking on their stash of lager. Lou says they'd better not get the batches mixed up.

Katarina drops around to see Mark. She's got a job offer for him, with the Paralympians as a paid fundraiser. It's only short term, so he can apply to other restaurants in the meantime. Katarina suggests going out for lunch at The Waterhole to celebrate.

Storage unit
Michael and Danni are having a kiss and a cuddle. Michael suggests they could go in the warehouse for more privacy.

Inside, they find Doug and Lou's stash and decide to try it.

Waterhole
Mark and Katarina have turned up for lunch. At the bar, Rick tells Mark to be very careful - Katarina is reeling him in.

Lou and Doug come in. Lou says he's off to the airport this afternoon - he and Cheryl are thinking of getting married in an aeroplane!

Storage unit
Michael and Danni have tried a number of bottles of the lager and are now flirting with each other. Just as they have resumed kissing, Doug comes along and catches them.

DOUG:(angrily) What the hell do you think you're doing?

They leap up, knocking the bottles over.

DANNI: Nothing.
DOUG: Nothing?! Wagging school, drinking, stealing my beer, getting up to God knows what?!
MICHAEL: Come on, Doug!
DOUG: Don't 'oh Doug' me, son! Your family's going to hear about this!

Michael and Danni inexplicably run for it(!)

Rick and Cody are hanging out while Pam works on her bike on a tarpaulin(!) She moans that the bike has a lot of parts. She decides to go down the bike shop for parts.

When she's gone, Rick tries to kiss Cody. She pushes him off and he is cross.

RICK: You've just been pretending to care about me, haven't you Cody?! You couldn't give a stuff. You've just been leading me on, just like the rest of them. Losers!

He stalks out.

Danni hopes that Doug won't tell Cheryl about the incident at the storage unit(!)

Brett offers to go out for two hours if Danni and Michael pay him $10(!)

They reluctantly agree and start kissing again. Danni says she'd better take a shower as she's covered in beer.

Cody comes to see Rick. She tells him that he's just on the rebound from Sally. She says they should go and do friend- type stuff like playing pool.

Michael and Danni are kissing on Danni's bed. It starts getting a bit sexy.

DANNI: Don't stop.
MICHAEL: We have to. I didn't bring any condoms.
DANNI: Oh no.
MICHAEL: I didn't think we needed any, you said it was too soon.
DANNI: Yeah, well, that was then...this is now.
MICHAEL: You can say that again.

He sits up.

DANNI: What are we going to do?
MICHAEL: Well, I could get some...I don't suppose Brett's got any condoms?
DANNI: As if(!) And Mum's not likely too as she's pregnant.
MICHAEL: That's that then. We'll wait.

They continue to kiss.

DANNI: Just once wouldn't hurt, would it?
MICHAEL: Don't you believe it. We're taking every precaution in the book.
DANNI: We could take a little risk, come on...don't you want to?
MICHAEL: Danni, of course I want to.
DANNI: Well, what are you waiting for?
MICHAEL: For everything to be perfect?
DANNI: Well, we'll just have to find another way to fill in the time.

Pub
Cheryl and Lou have popped in, having had their flight over Erinsborough cancelled due to high winds.

Lou goes over to Rick and Cody who are playing darts. Mark and Katarina are also still there and agree to have a doubles match.

Rick apologises to Mark for his earlier cynicism - women aren't that bad after all(!)

Katarina starts throwing darts and she's really good!

Brett is shocked that Cheryl and Lou are home early and manhandles Cheryl on to the couch to prevent her from discovering Michael and Danni(!)

Lou and Cheryl are really perplexed by Brett's behaviour.

Cheryl goes into Danni's room and finds Danni and Michael asleep in each other's arms.
