The Coffee Shop
Everyone is waiting for Mark's answer. Mark says he'd like to take them both out at the same time. Lou calls that a cop out. Lou says if Mark can convince Gaby and Annalise to go out to dinner together then he'll pay for the dinner. Gaby says it would need to be 5 courses plus champagne. Annalise is up for it too.

ANNALISE: Well I know you might be taking us both out but I know who you'll be taking home.
GABY: Yes and you're looking at her right now.

Lou charges Mark another $5 fine for copping out. Mark takes out his wallet. Wayne does not look pleased.

Number 24/Detention Centre
Rick calls Michael telling him about Debbie dating Darren. Michael warns Rick that Darren is bad news. Before Darren got out he told Michael he would use Debbie to get back at him. Rick tells Michael that Darren's got Debbie into shoplifting and Rick has a hunch that Darren's planning a big job. Michael says they shouldn't talk about this over the phone, he asks Rick to visit tomorrow so they can talk it over.

The Coffee Shop
As Gaby, Wayne and Annalise tidy up, Pam thanks the leavers for their contribution. Gaby asks Mark if he really wants Annalise to go on their date with them. She's hoping that Annalise will take a fancy to the wine waiter. Annalise sees Mark and Gaby chatting.

PAM: If I were you, I'd be worried too. What Gaby wants, Gaby usually gets.
ANNALISE: Yes, so do I.

Number 24
Lou, Cheryl, Lauren and Connor return home, Connor calls Mark a player. Lou informs Rick about his paying for Marks dinner with Gaby and Annalise. Rick is about to ask Lauren something when Connor tells Lauren they should get something to eat. As they head into the kitchen a disappointed Rick goes to his room. Lou offers Cheryl a drink but she declines as it's getting late.

Number 28
Pam and Gaby talk about how well the night went. Pam wishes Doug would have been there, she calls him obstinate to his last breath though she doesn't blame him. Pam asks Gaby about Lauren and Connor. Pam says Lauren introduced him as a friend from work but it seemed like there was a lot more to it than that, and she doesn't like it while Brad is away. Gaby isn't listening as she's too busy thinking about Mark.

GABY: How would you like to go out with Annalise? Exactly. I only hope Mark comes to his senses soon and drops her.

Annalise wonders if Lauren and Connor are an item as she can see the signs. Mark isn't sure. Annalise guesses that Mark only said yes to the date with Gaby to protect her feelings. She asks Mark to admit that deep down she's the only one he wants. Mark says she's right. Annalise knew it, she thinks Mark didn't want to take Gaby out at all, as she's such a bore. Annalise thinks she herself is much more fun. Mark promised to take them both out and that is exactly what he'll do.

Number 24
Rick sees Lauren and Connor kissing on the couch and asks if either of them want a drink. Connor says what they'd really like is privacy. Rick wants talk to Lauren in private but Connor tells him he isn't going anywhere. Lauren says she can talk to him tomorrow but Rick thinks it may be too late by then. Rick leaves, while Connor invites Lauren back to his place. Lauren nods.

Ramsay Street (Next Morning)
Rick rushes out the house and waves to Beth across the street before he keeps walking. Meanwhile Connor drops Lauren off at home and they kiss in the driveway. Beth collects her post and sees Lauren and Connor kissing before Connor gets back into his car.

Lauren comes in but is caught by Lou who asks where she's been. He knows she hasn't changed clothes since last night. Lou asks if she spent the night with Connor.

LOU: This is getting to be a bit of a habit love.
LAUREN: Don't Dad.
LOU: First Cameron leaves because of your involvement with Brad, and then because of him it messes up Beth's wedding plans, and now you're in love with Connor.

He tells Lauren not to leap from one relationship to another. Lauren can't help the way she feels, she never felt this way before Connor. Lou says this is word for word what she said about Brad a couple of months ago. Lou hopes she was careful, Lauren rolls her eyes and says she was. Lou tells her to make sure she isn't stringing anyone along. He tells her to be straight with Brad.

LOU: Whatever you decide, your old man's always there to back you up. I may not always agree with you, but I'll always be there for you.

Lou hugs Lauren. She thanks him and goes to her room.

The Coffee Shop
Annalise tells Phoebe that Mark doesn't want to go out with Gaby, he was just being a gentleman. Rick arrives and orders a piece of cake. Rick is cryptic about his plans for today so Annalise guesses that Rick has a date.

Darren is planning a date with Debbie. The film he wants to see starts at five but Debbie can't get there until 5.30. She doesn't mind missing the start of the movie, but Darren insists that she's there at five or they call the whole thing off. She says she has to mind Hannah until her mum gets home but Darren continues to put pressure on her. Debbie reluctantly agrees. Darren says that's better and then walks out.

Lauren tries to contact Brad on the cruise ship he is working at but finds he's already finished working there.

Detention Centre
Rick tells Michael about how Darren treated Debbie in the Coffee Shop earlier. Michael hears a guard approaching and quickly drops to the floor to make it look like he's doing press- ups. When the guard leaves, Michael wishes he could get a way out of here. Rick thinks Debbie is in way over her head. Michael's going to find out if anyone in the centre has heard anything about Darren as some have contacts on the outside. He asks Rick to come back in a couple of hours.

Beth is reading the paper, while Wayne welcomes Mark as 'Casanova.' Mark goes to get a drink.

WAYNE: He'll help himself. He's got a terrific habit of moving in on someone else's territory.

As Mark and Wayne start to argue, Stephen calls the two of them out, telling them he thought they agreed to drop the agro. Annalise tells Mark to call off the date with Gaby. Mark wonders what this has to do with Wayne anyway, he isn't seeing Gaby anymore. Wayne agrees and leaves. Mark joins Stephen and Phoebe at their table. Phoebe warns Mark that Gaby and Annalise have been at each other's throats since day one. They fought over Wayne. Wayne didn't go out with Annalise, but Annalise made Gaby think he did. Stephen and Phoebe warn Mark that Gaby and Annalise will be fighting over him.

Lauren arrives. Beth asks her what is going on between her and Connor.

LAUREN: What business is it of yours anyway?
BETH: Anything to do with Brad is my business.
LAUREN: Not anymore.
BETH: Oh no, I was forgetting. Since you wrecked by wedding day and stopped my marriage before it even started, I'm not supposed to care about him anymore? Or you?
LAUREN: That's not fair.
BETH: Not fair?! You can stand there and say that while you're two timing Brad with Connor?
LAUREN: Do you mind? If this is your attitude, I am not hanging around.

Lauren leaves.

Lou tells Cheryl that she can be too aggressive and he doesn't like to be headhunted. Cheryl says she isn't headhunting, in fact he's the one who invited her over. Cheryl says she may lack finesse but she's from a big family and she's learned to go for what she wants and hold on to it. After her bloke died she kept busy because she didn't want any time on her hands to see how lonely she was. After her lottery win she didn't need to be working as much, which gave her time to think. Cheryl tells Lou she wants someone to spend her time with and she thought when she met Lou... Cheryl is interrupted when Lauren bursts into the house upset and runs straight for her room. Cheryl tells Lou to look after Lauren, she'll go. As Cheryl leaves, Lou says he'll talk to her soon.

Lauren apologises for interrupting, telling Lou that Beth had a go at her. Beth was right, she made Lauren face up to things. She's going to call it quits with Connor.

Gaby and Annalise talk about their date with Mark tonight, trying to goad each other into pulling out. Annalise says it's going to be a late night and doesn't think Gaby can handle it. Gaby tells Annalise she has rings under her eyes. Annalise tells Gaby there is no need to get personal, but Gaby laughs saying she started it. As Gaby is leaving, Annalise picks up an éclair about to throw it at Gaby until Phoebe stops her.

Detention Centre
Michael tells Rick that he's heard from a guy that Darren is into petrol station jobs in a big way, it's Darren's specialty. Rick suggests they call the cops but Michael doesn't think they'll do anything until the robbery is on and they don't want Debbie being caught in the act. Michael says they can stop this, if Rick helps him break out.

Connor kisses Lauren as he arrives. Lauren is about to talk to Connor when he says he has news. He's been signed up to the Hong Kong Carnival and he's leaving in a couple of days.

LAUREN: I'll miss you.
CONNOR: No need. I love you, I want you to come with me.
