Later on Cody tells them about the nasty woman she met earlier, it turns out she isn't adopted. She says that there were no baby photos of her, Doug finds a whole album of baby photos and she wants them to find her birth certificate but she couldn't. Pam explains that they looked into adopting but when she fell pregnant with Cody they gave the idea up and that is why Cody found some letters from adoption agencies. Pam used to know Cody's "mother" but she never planned on adopting her child. They all hug and smile.
Joe is going to unveil his sculpture.
MADGE: This is a first on Ramsay Street.
HAROLD: And hopefully the last.
Joe thanks everyone for coming, Toby tells him to unveil it and he does. It's just a load of old car and bike metal parts welded together, it looks like a very small scrapyard glued together! Harold and Madge are amused.
TOBY: I don't get it.
KERRY: Why did you call it 'Untitled Work No 4'?
JOE: Well I nearly called it Inventors Dream.....
GEMMA: This is a joke right? It's just some junk.
MADGE: Err Gemma, I think Joe is serious!
JOE: Harold, you appreciate stuff like this, you're cultured. Tell me straight, what do you think?
HAROLD: Ah, (Harold's classic Ah) erm.
Kerry pops in to see Beverly and Jim leaves them alone, Kerry says she didn't know if Beverly would want to see her. Kerry offers to find another mother, Beverly insists it's OK, she should remain a patient and a friend, Jim is listening in.
