Robinsons
Helen has now progressed to a stick instead of a zimmer frame.
As Helen sits down, Scott bursts in through the back door, much to their surprise. He has had his hair cut (it looks much better!)
Scott tells them that he met someone at the airport, then opens the front door to reveal Rosemary. She greets then and sits down with Rosemary. She says she's going to stay for a while - at Lassiter's.
Scott is back in Erinsborough as an assitant on a research project into a crime. Jim asks what Charlene thinks about it, but Scott says it's only for a few months and they could really use the money. He says she's wrapped up in her job and doing up the house anyway.
Jim and Helen relay the news that Dan Ramsay has had a heart attack.
Des's
Des is feeding Jamie as Bronwyn and Henry tell them about Dan's heart attack.
Des asks Henry to clean up some of his mess (there's stuff all over the floor). He says he's not joking - Jamie could swallow something. Bronwyn tells Henry off and tells him to get tidying.
Robinsons
Katie comes in and is delighted to see Scott. Helen introduces her to Rosemary. Katie hints to Jim that she wants another pet. Helen backs her up and Jim relents, but she has to chose between a kitten and a guinea pig.
Des's
Henry is still tidying. He suggests that they play Daphne's music box for Jamie. He winds it up, but unfortunately winds it too far and there is a horrible spring-breaking sound.
Des comes back at that moment and Henry hides the music box up his jumper(!) Des is pleased to see the place looking better and apologises if he was a bit rough on Henry before.
When Des has gone, Henry says he'll fix the music box, and Bronwyn says he'd better, or he's history.
Paul and Gail's
Paul is on the phone trying to locate Gail. Scott and Rosemary call round much to his surprise. He tells them that Gail has gone away for a bit and admits that they've had a bit of a row. They are shocked to hear that Gail isn't coming back tonight, but Paul makes light of it and offers them some coffee.
The Pet Shop
Katie, Todd and Jim are looking at all the cute animals. Finally Katie picks out a rabbit.
JIM: No, Katie, no, we're not having a rabbit.
Garden of the Robinsons
Katie runs up with the rabbit(!) and shows him to Helen. She's decided to call him Rupert. Todd and Katie go off to put him in a cage.
Bishops
Henry is trying to fix the music box when Scott comes in. He jumps on Henry who is deep in concentration! He greets Scott then continues his work with the music box.
Henry finishes his work on the music box, but there seem to be a lot of pieces left over. He winds up the music box, but nothing happens.
HENRY: Back to the drawing board, then, eh?
Robinsons
Rosemary and Paul come round and Jim says that Paul isn't welcome in their house at the moment. But Rosemary asks Jim to hear Paul out. He says he's sorry if he's caused any trouble in the family, and he's not going to go through with Helen's loan after all - he'll find another way. Jim accepts his apology and invites him to come for a beer. But Paul has too much work to do.
When Jim and Paul have gone, Rosemary sits down with Helen. Helen complains that she's the only one around there who realises how important buying the Daniels Corporation is to Paul. Rosemary looks thoughtful.
Outside Des's
Jim invites Des to the Waterhole for a beer. But he says he doesn't really feel like it. He tells Jim that he's all confused. He tells Jim about the Penny situation and how she reckoned that he couldn't let go of Daphne. Jim says that he felt the same way when Anne died, but life does move on and Daphne would want him to be happy. He tells Des to wake up to himself - to do something about the Penny situation.
Des's
Des is brooding over a picture of Daphne. In voiceover we hear Des talking to Daphne and realising that she wouldn't approve of him moping around. Finally he gathers up all the photos of daphne and puts them in a drawer. He closes the drawer slowly and sighs.
Bishops
Henry is still trying to fix the music box. He thinks he's definitely done it this time. He opens the music box and it plays. He's initially jubilant, but then he realises that it's playing backwards! Scott says that he'll just have to confess to Des. Henry says he's too young to die(!)
Paul and Gail's
Paul answers the door hoping it's Gail, but it turns out to be Rosemary. She tells him that she might have a solution for him. She could withdraw her half of Home James from the sale and that would bring the price down to something within Paul's reach. Also, Helen quite likes the idea of hanging on to the ownership of Home James. Paul is surprised and very pleased. Rosemary tells him to talk to Gail as soon as he can - she'll draw up the papers.
Des's
Henry, Bronwyn and Scott come in. As Des is greeting Scott, Henry goes over to the mantlepiece, picks up one of the Samurai swords and kneels before Des holding the music box(!) He confesses that he's broken the music box. Des opens it and hears the backward tune. He looks at it for a few seconds and then starts laughing. He tells Henry that it's OK. He'll but the box away with the rest of Daphne's stuff. He puts the music box in a drawer. He tells them how he's decided to move on and asks Bronwyn to mind Jamie for a little while. He's going over to see Penny - and to ask if she'll marry him.
