Bronwyn and Henry are kssing when Sharon comes in and asks Bronwyn's advice on a recipe. The door goes and it's Mike, come to say goodbye. Bronwyn and Henry disentangle themselves and wish Mike well.
MIKE: I'm glad to see that Henry's happy again.
HENRY: Thanks, mate.
They shake hands.
MIKE: I'm going to miss all of you heaps.
Skinner is briefing Todd on the plan for the robbery. Todd is very scared but Skinner tells him he'll have to stick with him because he can't go back to the Robinsons or to his own family.
Leanne has popped around to see Des. She starts flirting with him but Des isn't having any of this. He tells Leanne that Malcolm wants to marry her and she's isn't too chuffed - she's just having fun. Des tells her she'd better come clean before things get out of hand.
Mike is saying goodbye to Jane. He's looking forward to exploring options other than teaching. Jane feels like she's being deserted - first Charlene, then Mrs Mangel, now Mike! They reminisce a bit about their previous relationship and promise to keep in touch.
MIKE: well, bye, Jane.
JANE: Yeah, bye. You take care of yourself, huh?
MIKE: I won't be gone forever. I'll be back in a couple of months.
JANE: Yeah, sure.
MIKE: Bye, then.
Henry and Bronwyn are still wrapped up in each other, leaving Sharon to cook the dinner. Sharon isn't pleased - she's fed up of being treated like she doesn't exist. Henry suggests a picnic tomorrow - and maybe Sharon could ask Nick too?

Sharon is moaning that Bronwyn and Henry do nothing but kiss. Nick says they deserve it - they did take a long time to get together! They talk about Todd - Nick says he's got a few ideas about finding him. He tells Sharon that he thinks they are going to rip off a warehouse tonight and Sharon wants to come. Nick won't let her though - it's too dangerous.
Skinner tells Todd that tonight will be easy - they'll be in and out in less than ten minutes.
Sharon tells Jane that three is a crowd at No.30! She tells Jane that she hasn't slept with Nick and he's agreed to wait. Jane thinks that's a good idea - they're both very young after all. Sharon and Nick haven't been together very long, they need time to work out their feelings for each other.
Mike, Des and Jamie get home from Mike's farewell dinner. Malcolm is revising his sports questions. Des tackles the question of Malcolm proposing to Leanne and tells Malcolm that he should think things through - he hasn't even told Leanne that he doesn't own the house! Malcolm accuses Des of being jealous at Leanne replacing Eileen - Des is incredulous(!) He tells Malcolm that Leanne is just a good-time girl and a tart - she's even tried to crack on to Des! Malcolm gets angry and tries to storm out, but he falls over a table and hurts his knee as he does.
Malcolm is resting his injured knee and Beverly is going to bring him some crutches from the hospital. Des and Malcolm are only talking to each other via Mike(!) Mike gets sick of their bickering and goes off to bed.
Nick is waiting outside when he hears a car drive up. It's the car that Skinner has "borrowed" for the job. Skinner and Todd get out of the car and then Todd gets in through a window. He gets inside, and opens the outer door with difficulty to let Skinner in. Nick follows them in and confronts Skinner as he's trying to disactivate the alarm. They fight and the alarm goes off. Skinner and Todd run off, and an injured Nick staggers out of the warehouse just as the police arrive. He insists that he didn't do it, but of course, the evidence is very circumstantial. Skinner and Todd are hiding and Todd looks distraught that he's got Nick into trouble.
