Beverly is telling Helen about the situation with Todd. Helen says she would be happy to look after Katie whilst Todd works with Henry.
Des tells Mike he's thinking of getting a nanny for Jamie. Mike says Eileen won't be happy about that but Des says when she comes out of hospital she needs to relax. Mike thanks Des for sticking up for him before and Des says he's surprised Regan left without a fight. Mike doubts that Regan or Summers have thought about the damage they've done.
The Coffee Shop
Todd and Katie are drinking milkshakes and Todd is still in a bit of a modd because he has to look after Katie.
Scott arrives to get some lunch. Whilst Harold goes to get him some sandwiches he sits with Todd and Katie. Katie shows him Boris, a beetle that she's using for her school project. She lets him out as Mrs Mangel arrives. She creates a fuss and demands Todd and Katie leave The Coffee Shop. Scott sticks up for them but Mrs Mangel says she isn't surprised given the upbringing they've had. Harold throws the beetle outside and Katie is upset. Todd tells Harold and Mrs Mangel they will be sorry for what they have done.
Beverly tells Todd that he can start working with Henry, as Helen will look after Katie. Katie is still upset about Boris and tells Beverly what happened at The Coffee Shop.
Mrs Mangel is unhappy that Jane is spending time with Mike as half the neighbourhood are now calling him a vigilante. Mrs Mangel wonders if Todd is planning to get them back but Harold thinks they have nothing to worry about. Mrs Mangel says they are lucky they have Bouncer to protect them. In fact she is getting a kennel built for him.
Scott and Charlene are having dinner with Helen. Helen asks Scott if he has spoken to Jim about Ross. Charlene reckons Jeff was right about Ross and Scott agrees. It's clear from Ross' behaviour that he didn't want anyone looking in his diary. Helen says that's understandable as diaries are personal things.
Mike opens the door to Arthur Bright from the Funeral Directors; he's here to talk about Eileen's funeral! Mike says Eileen isn't dead and informs him that she's very sick in hospital. Arthur explains his business but Mike ushers him out of the house.
Mrs Mangel is waiting for the carpenter to arrive. She answers the door to Arthur Bright and before he can introduce himself she starts talking to him about the kennel for Bouncer. They start talking about woods; rosewood, pine, oak and then Arthur mentions velvet lining. Mrs Mangel asks if the lining is appropriate and says there is some old carpet in the shed, which will suffice. She tells him that Bouncer will only be wanting adequate housing and Arthur is confused. He says he didn't realise they weren't discussing Mrs Mangels personal accommodation! Mrs Mangel is horrified and asks what on earth she would want with a kennel. Arthur informs her he is talking about coffins.
Mrs Mangel is outraged and Arthur apologises saying the office did give him her name and address. Harold sees Arthur out and returns to see Mrs Mangel throwing a ‘woe is me' type faint on the couch!
Scott catches up with Jeff and wants more information on Ross. Jeff tells him that some deliveries don't go in the book; they go in Ross' diary. They are cash bribes to get clients to accept the company's contracts.
Mrs Mangel and Harold are discussing the funeral arrangements and come to the conclusion that Todd was responsible. Harold says it could just be coincidence but Mrs Mangel has made up her mind and heads to the Robinsons.
Beverly is getting Todd and Katie ready for school. Mrs Mangel arrives and tells Beverly she wants something done about Todd. She says she wants him severely punished.
