- Tyler gets beaten up
- Karl can't find his prescription pad, which Tyler has taken
- Alistair kisses Nate, who admits to Susan that he told Coco
- Amber tells Imogen to lay off Josh
- Josh tells Amber they will go overseas together to save the baby
- Josh sells Kyle some supplements and he collapses
Tyler and Nate are playing with their cars and Tyler comments that Susan seems like a forgiving person. Nate says that's why he's forgiven Tyler. Then they spot Kyle…
Dial a Kyle
Nate puts Kyle in the recovery position while Tyler calls an ambulance.
Josh tells Imogen he and Amber are sick of hearing that they are crazy, and that they are going to have the surgery. Her expression tells him she doesn't approve.
JOSH: I really need you on my side right now.
IMOGEN: I am. I always am.
Nate, Tyler and Amy are visiting Kyle. He doesn't like missing work, but Amy says it's under control. Karl comes in - amazingly, another doctor had treated Kyle earlier. Kyle says he thinks it must have been the supplements, but Karl disagrees, because they're just vitamins. Kyle says he took a anti- nausea pill that Karl had prescribed earlier, so Karl says he'll check his prescriptions. Amy goes back to work, and the boys stay on.
Sheila gets a call from the hospital. She tells Josh it could have been his supplements. He says that they're just vitamins.
SHEILA: Well, whatever it is, it's landed him in hospital.
Imogen suggests asking Forrest whether there was a bad lots of pills, and Sheila says he should pass the information on to the doctors. Josh agrees.
Karl is checking the prescription he gave Kyle, when he notices that some of the pages are missing and some of the carbon copies are blank.
KARL: I think someone has stolen prescriptions from me.
He tells Susan that he could be in serious trouble.
Josh and Imogen tell Forrest about Kyle's collapse. He says it's coincidence, then tells Imogen to go and warm up for the class he's running. Forrest then tells Josh it's possible, but the bigger issue for Josh is getting busted.
FORREST: Unless you want the authorities knowing exactly what you've been selling, you'd better get to his stash before anyone else does.
Dial a Kyle
Amy is working in the yard, while Josh sneaks behind stuff lying around to get to the office, where he gets the pills. The phone rings so Josh hides under the desk while Amy comes to answer it.
Forrest's class is still going on. His phone beeps and Imogen picks it up to snoop. When he challenges her, she claims she wanted to know if he was single.
Kyle, Tyler and Nate are (sort of) watching a movie. Josh arrives and apologises if his supplements caused Kyle's illness. Nate wonders why he was taking supplements. Kyle reckons he's run down.
KYLE: Plus Amy's been running rings round me on the job…
TYLER: You were taking supplements because a girl was making you look bad?
Nate wants to know more about the pills, and Josh claims they've got extra vitamins. Kyle says he *is* a good salesman.
Karl calls the pharmacy and discovers the prescriptions were used for opiate based painkillers. Susan asks if he's had the pad anywhere except the house and the hospital. He says it went missing for a couple of hours, but then he found it under the couch. He says Paige came over for advice for an injured friend, but he was with her the whole time. There is only one other person who had access: Nate. Susan says there's no way it could be him.
KARL: Who else could it be?
Forrest tells Josh that a couple of other reps have reported people getting sick, so he's recalled the whole batch. Josh says he wants to back out. Forrest tells him to be more careful.
FORREST: Only sell the high end products to the people who ask for it. Then you know they understand the risks. It won't come back to bite you.
JOSH: It won't come back to bite me if I quit either.
FORREST: That's true but you'll also be broke.
Josh sighs, and agrees to carry on.
Imogen brings some food for Kyle. Sheila introduces her to Amy, who says that Brad and Terese had been to the yard. Kyle tells Imogen that Josh felt bad about the supplements. Imogen asks him about them, and Kyle describes them. Imogen remembers looking at the peptide bottles. She tells Sheila that Forrest said they were fine.
Susan asks Nate about the prescription pad. He says he knows it went missing and then they found it.
NATE: I know I messed up with the whole Alistair thing, but I wouldn't steal anything from you two. I swear.
SUSAN: I believe you and we do trust you, Nate.
Tyler gets a text from Nate saying he needs to see him. He sees Imogen looking upset, and asks her what's up. She tells him a "person" (Josh) is in trouble.
TYLER: Look, if your instincts are telling you something is wrong, it's probably true. Meaning you need proof. Imogen realises she has to find a way of digging for evidence…
…so she's arranged to meet Forrest. She tells him she's genuinely interested in him and asks him for a date. She asks him not to tell Josh that they are dating.
Nate tells Tyler that Karl's found out about the stolen prescriptions, and that he's said he doesn't know anything, but he only did that to give Tyler the chance to confess. Tyler is scared that it will lead to Dimato, and everything will unravel. He is worried about the effect it will have on his family, but Nate points out that the Kennedy's are his family, and he won't stuff them around.
NATE: Karl's gonna find out what happened right now from you or from me. So what's it gonna be?
Karl is in his office. There's a knock at the door and Tyler comes in. He confesses to what he did, stressing that Nate and Paige were not involved. He tells Karl that Mark cannot find out. Karl says he has a legal obligation to report any missing prescription to the police.
KARL: Your brother is on his way over here as we speak.
- Tyler tells Mark he's the thief
- Mark questions Paige and Tyler
- Paige's party and an unexpected guest
