And there are some adjustments to the titles today. We begin as usual with Kyle/Jade, Lucas/Vanessa/Rhys, and Kate/Chris before we have a new shot of Ajay/Priya/Susan/Karl. Back to the usual Andrew/Paul, Summer/Natasha, and Lou before a new one of Sophie/Rani/Callum and finishing off with Toadie/Sonya.

Harold's Store
Tash sits quietly waiting for Ed so she can give him his share of the money for the work on the app. Eventually he appears and she hands him the cheque but things are still very cool between them.

Ramsay Street
As the come down the driveway, Lucas tries to put Vanessa off house hunting for herself since he wants to get something for them all, but despite trying hard, she gets into her car to go look at one.

Lucas then spots that #32 is now on the market again and gets the info from the estate agent.

Charlie's
Lucas is looking through the schedule when Karl comes into the bar. They chat about house hunting and Lucas tells him about #32 being on the market but isn't sure whether to go for it given what happened recently in the house. Karl urges him to buy it (and he could get it for a bargain too!) and that it's just what the house/street need.

Ajay and Karl make small talk at the bar while they wait for their coffees before chat turns to The Right Prescription. Karl gives his band mate the news that Rhys has scored a Japan trip and he's top of the list to cover his shifts which will severely curtail the amount of time for practice/gigs.

Lassiters Complex
Rhys gloats that he's been selected to go to Japan when he runs into Karl as he exits Charlie's. Karl reminds him that its lucky then he didn't report him for what he and Vanessa got up to in that consulting room otherwise he wouldn't be going!

Charlie's
Lucas meets up with the estate agent to put in an offer for #32 but despite putting in an offer of $735,000 is told that won't do. He's urged to talk to his bank and see if he can come up with another $20k!

Eden University
Tash arrives for her tutorial and sits next to Ed - it's still frosty between them. The tutor comes in and gets down to business! Ed taunts her to be his challenger in what the tutor wants them to do (solve some equation) and while Ed gets the plaudits for solving it, Tash is told she's still got some catching up to do!

Ramsay Street
Ajay is round to measure up prior to moving in (Lucas has lent him a key for the house). Rhys surprises Karl by saying he'll cover on Thursday to allow TRP to have a practice session (Karl is stunned!)

Eden University
The class finishes and Tash has a go at Ed for what he did. He doesn't feel sorry for what he did; he just sees it as getting his own back on Tash for how she's treated him. Ed then asks her for a decision - does she like him or did she just like him to get him to do work on the app. Tash can't answer and this seems to go with what Ed thought.

Ramsay Street
"I still think you should put in an offer," Karl yells to Lucas as he comes home. Lucas explains to him what he did and Karl gives him encouragement that it's just the games estate agent's do. "I haven't got time for games!" Lucas replies and Karl urges him to go back to the estate agent and haggle especially given what happened to the previous owner!!!

Seeing Vanessa/Rhys act all lovey-dovey with each other seems to spur Lucas into doing something!

Charlie's
Lucas tries to persuade Chris to help him get the price of #32 down by backing up that the place has bad karma but Chris is reluctant to do so citing it didn't work when Tash tried her games. They spot the estate agent coming in and Lucas pleads with Chris to help because he is going to do everything to get the house.

Lucas goes over to chat again with Jonas and mentions what happened (to Troy) and is told he's not obliged to say anything to prospective owners. "Kind of a hard thing to keep quiet though," Lucas adds then puts in a revised offer - $700,000!

LUCAS: That's the only offer you're going to get. Take it or leave it.

Harold's Store
Rhys tells Karl that he's confirmed that he will cover his shift on Thursday to allow the jam session to happen.

RHYS: Just make sure I'm safely out of ear shot!

Karl then gives Rhys a pressie - some golf balls and instructions to hook up with an ex-colleague of his for a game of golf. Vanessa comments that this trip is just going to be all about golf and cocktails and Rhys reassures her that there will be some time for them to do sightseeing!

It then dawns on Karl that Vanessa is going too and he drops it in that when they come back after having to almost rely on each other totally for 3 months, it's going to be a right comedown to reality. Rhys then turns it around and tells Karl to go and find someone to have a relationship with!

Number 24
Lucas does some more adjustments to bubs' crib. It's looking really cool now!

Chris comes by to apologise for not lending a hand and to see if he's heard more from the estate agent. Lucas replies no and isn't sure he will either after lowering his offer!

Just as he's said that, guess who happens to arrive - yes the estate agent. Its good news though, the bank has accepted his offer and Jonas hands him over some documents for his solicitor/about paying the deposit.

(Later)
Lucas shows Vanessa the crib now that he's finished working on it. She is over the moon with how it looks and says that they should go put it into her room.

LUCAS: I can't... I haven't got the keys yet.

She looks at him confused...

Ramsay Street
And she still has a stunned look on her face as Lucas is telling her about buying #32 and that all her stuff will be in the new house when she returns from Japan.

(Later)

Final commercial break later and Lucas is still on cloud nine as he tells her about his plans for the house and how he managed to convince the estate agent to accept his offer. Vanessa is doing a very good impression of a stunned mullet and when she finally finds her voice, it's to say she can't live there! "What do you mean?!" he asks and she uses the story about what he told the estate agent.

VANESSA: I can't live here and I won't.

Tomorrow on Neighbours
- Lucas trying to persuade Vanessa to change her mind.
- Rani being given the hard sell to wear her glasses.
- Toadie wanting to do classes for parents of newborns.
- Vanessa stunned by how involved Toadie is in Sonya's pregnancy!
- Sonya telling Lucas to chat with Rhys to find out what's up with Vanessa.

Despite the Kapoor's being added to the titles, they haven't been added yet to the credits but there is one addition - Vanessa Villante: Alin Sumarwata.
